SPPf UU tournament #1 round one pairings

Do not pass Go.
Recap on the rules:

Rules:
- Sleep clause and Freeze clause MUST be on
- Battle Timeout MUST be ON
- NO hax items (Bright Powder, Scope Lens, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Focus Band, and Quick Claw)
- PP ups ON unless both players do not want them on
- Show enemy HP OFF
- NO evasion and OHKO moves
- NO OU/standard, Uber or BL Pokemon

This will be played by Smogon tiers.

I did this by having 16 pieces of small paper, put a number from 1 to 16 on all them, with the number corresponding to the person who singed up Xth. I put them all in a hat, shook it, closed my eyes and picked random pieces of paper.
