Okay, so I got persuaded by kyledove to make my own sprite thread, as I've made quite a lot of them. :p All of these sprites are used in Pokémon Cyare/Talia, started by Cobalt (Dragon). Therefore, I've got a little request:

PLEASE DO NOT STEAL/USE ANY OF THESE SPRITES/INFORMATION THAT GOES WITH THEM WITHOUT MY EXPLICIT PERMISSION!

I've put my heart and soul in making them, and ripping them would make me so very sad. So please don't.

All my sprites are made from scratch, unless stated otherwise. Enjoy! Comments and critique are welcome!

The next two were the first scratch pokémon I ever made:

Sollis (Sol + Lizard):

Type: Grass
Pokédex Data: The power to control the sun gives it a very unsure nature. The orbs on its legs glow brightly whenever it uses these powers. The knobs on its head expand when they catch sunlight.

It's evolution, Sollord (Sol + Lord):

Type: Grass/Fighting
Pokédex Data: SOLLORD, nicknamed King of the Sun, use their heads to fend off any predators. Its connection with the sun is legendary, and it's often used in rainy seasons to prevent plants from drowning.

After that, I made a trio out of them, adding Fire and Water dinos to go along with them!

Raptorch (Raptor + Torch):

Type: Fire
Pokédex Data: RAPTORCH's have a diet that consists out of meat and iron-ore. When it has eaten enough iron-ore, it will evolve. This little raptor has great eyesite and a vicious appetite.

Its evolution, Velosickle (Veloci(raptor) + Sickle):

Type: Fire/Steel
Pokédex Data: VELOSICKLE's can jump over 6 meters high. It will jump any creature it sees, in order to survive the harsh lands near volcanos. This highly dangerous predator is sometimes hard to control.

Lophi (Parasaurolophus):

Type: Water
Pokédex Data: LOPHI enjoys itself by blowing bubbles. The jewel on its forehead senses ultrasonic waves and thus impending danger. It will use its dolphin-like tail to propel itself into safety.

Its evolution, Ocephus (Ocean + Parasaurolophus):

Type: Water
Pokédex Data: With nice melodies they blow with their horns, OCEPHI* indicate that they are ready to mate. They are among the fastest marine creatures, reaching an astonishing 60 miles per hour.

(*: 'Ocephi' is the plural form of 'Ocephus')

Uh, yeah, all my dinos have got no arms. Deal with it. =P

These two are seperate of the above trio. They are based on aardvarks!

Quafer (Quake + Orycteropus afer):

Type: Ground
Pokédex Data: Nocturnal and colorblind, Quafer is rarely seen during daytime. They dig mazes of tunnels deep under the ground and burrow in deep in order to sleep undisturbed.

Its evolution, Orycterra (Orycteropus afer + Terra):

Type: Ground
Pokédex Data: Orycterra are confident Pokémon who love a challenging fight. Even if their foe has a high advantage, they will not stop until they've won the battle. [Thank you, Cobalt!]

This was the first three-stage pokémon line I ever made. They won a Fakemon-contest here some time ago, and I'm still very proud of them.

Tuc-Tuc (Based on 'Toucan'):

Type: Normal/Flying
Pokédex Data: TUC-TUC live in nests that resemble Teepees. Living amongst older TINDICAN who protect them, these Pokémon form close tribes and stay together.

Its evolution, Tindican (Toucan + Indian):

Type: Fighting/Flying
Pokédex Data: TINDICAN live in tribes where the males hunt and the females raise their young. These Pokémon have mastered many skills that make them fierce fighters.

The final evolution, Tomatuca (Tomahawk + Toucan):

Type: Fighting/Flying
Pokédex Data: In each tribe, there is only one TOMATUCA and it is the prime leader of that tribe. These Pokémon often challenge other tribe leaders of it's kind.

Thank you for your compliment, but I rather not have them used in a comic. No comic at all, so I don't have anything against you. I just don't like them being used in comics. Sorry!

This pokémon is special, perhaps a little too much like a Digimon or something, but heck. It's a guardian of a legendary treasure that belonged to a forgotten pharaoh. Meet Khepharoh.

Khepharoh (pronounce as Kay-fa-roh)(Khepi (= deity of the sacred scarab) + Pharaoh):

Pokédex Data: KHEPHAROH is said to be the deity of the sun itself. It's fabled for its legendairy treasure. Those who seek and found it will not live the day to tell. Or so the myth says.

wow, i really like them. your spriting is really good, almost perfect IMO. I also like your fakemon designs, they look really cool to me. I only kinda dislike Tomatuca, he looks to crowded.

@ splat: Yeah, my pokémon are oftenly too crowded, as you'll see with the final evo of the next three stage line.

The next line is a redesign of a line of possums. The others were made by Remy, I don't have his sprites though. So mine'll have to do. :p Also, I didn't came up with the names. Cobalt (Dragon) did. So credit goes to Remy and Cobalt for these. I just designed them.

Why thank you! About the hand, I think the reason why you think (way to put it, ey? :p ) its hand is too long, is because what you see is the side and upper part of its hand, the thumb being on the other side. The spikes are on its wrist. It looks like its too long, but I don't think it is. I could be wrong though. =/

New sprites are on its way. ;)

I made this sprite, it's still nameless:

It's types are Grass/Ground. It's based on a mole. Its arms can be stretched to great lengthes. It's blind, but has an incredible sense of smelling and hearing.
