Registeel/Deoxys is your best, but maybe rearrange the eye dots to be more symmetrical. Other than that, it pretty much pwns.

Scratches - Don't really know too much about pixelarts, but from what I can tell they are good. On Voltorb... redo the shading so the light source is in the normal space, but that's all the crit I have for these.
