Well, here we are. I'm sorry about the chaos with catorgaries, we'll have 3 next time, Mix, re-element and scratch. Now, starting from 6th place here are the winners!

Aqua charlie's Black thing

Well, I struggled to pick between this ad Ho-oh lover's Robert but I thought this one packed so much into so little pixels yet while robert was so massive so I placed that 7th.

5th
Absol Attacker's Shaduanda

This one is one of my favorite sprites. He's picked the colours himself, made the shape himself and made it so dark yet you can see lots of colour. Also, for what I have seen he has made a lot more Shadaunda things so he obviosly likes it.

Medical Macania's mega baroo

A very detailed yet small sprite. An axe, a dragon spine, 3 wings, a curved tail end, 2 arms and a snake all in this size is quite impressive. that's why I picked it.

FlygonXS's Raikou

Well, personally I think this is stunning. the shading is perfect, the tail is thin, the head is detailed and the stripe fit in with the natural creases in the skin. Also, Raikuo is a very detailed pokemon.

I just like this one becauase of th shading and the details on the fingers and head thing. He has fully kept the effect of perspective with the shading. Perfect so.

Scrumtrulescent's Greagle

This is brilliant. The beak has a sharp effect, the perspective is great, the wing is detailed, the feet are divine and even the twisted neck has a perfect effect. Scrumtrulescent is a spriting superstar.

and btw... i though KM had a chance, i was sure...
-the shading's not perfect on flygonX's...
-6th place's shading looks weird imo, looks kinda 2nd gen =(
-4th adn 5th could do with a lot of work, yeah they look unnatural for some strange reason...

tis not i'm gealous or something, tis just true, the level of spriting skills on this site was lost during the summer =( and even you, the judge (long name ) i'm sure you've seen better when you first joined.

while the top 5 were perfectly good sprites, i agree with casti and waterlunar. 1 judge contests are bound to be a bit biased. though i'm glad you like shaduana as well as enough to include it in the top 6.

I think #6 is a gip
the shading is horrible its checkered everywhere
there is horrible shading on the head
the ears suck and there's no neck

but w/e I agree w/casti, Waterlunar, and AA

I see a lot of problems with the higher up ones too, but is you would be so kind please write a long list of what's wrong with the sprites.

And you can't judge what doesn't enter. Also, multijudge contests can be biased too. Just trust me on that one.

See, on my 1st contest I had 3 judges. One got too less involved and the other got too much involved which made it all fall apart. I ended up judging my self. It's also to cut down on arguing.

you know maybe you should think carefully when choosing judges, like there was this other contest where 2 judges where here for a month and another one got even banned XD really judges should be people how know a lot about this...

btw, i would be pleased to help the winners with some criticisms, because these aren't the best, but at leas they're good and better than the last contests' winners.

The "perfect" judges would be a very good spriter, but they havent met anyone here(or the people who entered the contest), that would be super fair..o.o;

There are no results for recolors. -_-
There was only one catergory, and it was overall.
S/He took the best sprites from the entire competition and made them the winners. The end.
Nothing else.
