Plot:
200 years has passed since Spyro defeated Malefor and restored the planet back to what it used to be. Dragons that were almost brought to extinction by Malefor’s plan started flourishing again. The cheetah tribes also flourished also and with the aid of dragons, wiped almost all of the wyrms from existence. The few that were left fled and hid in the mountains where few dragons would dare to go as dragons generally preferred warmer climates, though several ice dragons loved going there from time to time. As all creatures flourished and continued, there was a general excitement in the dragons as another purple egg was laid. What most of them didn’t know was that there was another prophecy that was spoken by an old dragon that visited the purple egg during the night. The prophecy that was spoken was only heard was Cynder and Spyro who were guarding the egg which was being watched at the Dragon Temple. The prophecy that was spoken which was written down privately later went along these lines…
There will soon be after the purple dragon is born, an illness that will devastate one’s kind and will leave only the young born during the time that the purple dragon is born alive to move on. At the same time, a new evil will arise from a clan that will seek total destruction of another species and that species will be the only one they will target. The purple dragon will lead its kind through the struggles and will never falter until he himself is separated from his kind.
The two guardians that heard the prophecy didn’t like what it spoke. Since they were afraid of how the public would react to the prophecy, they carved it on a stone tablet and hid it in a room in the Dragon Temple where they slept in. Shortly after the prophecy was spoken, a few tense months passed by bringing in summer where the eggs were to start hatching. On the bright sunny day, several eggs hatched and elders and guardians tended to the young while Spyro and Cynder carefully watched the purple egg as it too began cracking. Eventually the purple dragon freed itself from its confinement and was cared for by Cynder and Spyro during the next few years. After the years went by, Spyro and Cynder were on the careful watch of where disaster could strike and refused to let the purple dragon wander too much from its friends.
Ten years passed in which the young dragons grew up and were starting to learn their survival skills when it started happening. During one stormy night a dragon fell ill to a virus that inflicted the victim with intolerable pain in the wings that he tore his wings off to save himself from the intolerable pain. He didn’t realize that in doing so, he sealed his fate to die from blood loss, but before he died from blood loss, he managed to tell about the massive pain that sprouted in his wings to his mate. The next day his mate had flown to Warfang and warned the inhabitants. Little did she know was that she also was infected with the virus when she came in contact with the blood of her mate last night. The virus sprung out like wildfire and other dragons became infected and repeated the same process. As the virus continued to spread, Spyro and Cynder was seeing part of the prophecy coming true and told the young dragons that they needed to hurry to the mountains up north and take refuge in the caves that were littered around the mountains until the epidemic were halted. Only seven dragons including the purple dragon (making total 8) heeded the warnings and left quickly while the rest started breaking down and crying. While the guardians were distressed, they couldn’t do much about it as they too became inflicted by the virus and the little ones along with them died with them. The only dragon that wasn’t afflicted at all by the virus was the Chronicler. He saw what was to come and had locked himself up the day it arrived till seven days after the last infection had ended. He knew how the virus had acted and had developed a crude form of an anti-vaccine that would stop the virus from infecting him. As he searched through the land, he saw a cheetah tribe, led by a leader whose pelt was black instead of the normal color, laughing to themselves and talking about how successful the virus was.
During that gathering, they proposed to wipe out all the remaining dragons that were hiding and to usher in the age where dragons didn’t exist. Little did they know that if dragons were to be completely extinct, the world itself would eventually die out and become a lifeless planet as the dragons themselves possessed a mystical aura that fed the planet the energy that kept things alive, like earth dragons kept the ground fertile, fresh, and soft to allow many plants to grow. The dragons that were left with the purple dragon looked up to him and hoped that he would lead them to a place where they could live and carry on the last of their bloodline.
Characters:
Cheetah – Agile and acrobatics, these creatures can keep up with the dragons themselves if they needed to. They also are very dexterous with their paw-like hands and use mostly bows and daggers for their choice of weapons. They all have black spots on various spots on their body as the trademark of their kind. Another trademark is their ability to walk and run on two legs instead on four legs. Because of this, they decided to wear clothes for decency sake, while some of the more vigorous cheetahs made some leather clothes that were more durable than simple cloths. These creatures are better at ambushes and surprise attacks than a direct attack. While they are good at fending for themselves, they do not have the advanced technology that the manweersmalls have to fend better for themselves.
Dragons: Like most mythologies, these creatures live long and are slender. Their ability in the sky are unmatched by any other flying creatures. Able to weave in and out of the air more quickly than any other flying creatures, these creatures are supreme combaters in the air. On the ground their claws and tails server to be lethal in combat while in air, it’s mostly their breath attacks that do their work. Whether they are in air or on the ground, these dragons can unleash their fury attacks that can decimate armies in seconds. While the fury attacks that they can unleash are powerful, it also leaves them exhausted after using it. Only the guardians and several older dragons including Cynder and Spyro had it mastered and could use it several times before wearing out. A noticeable difference between males and females were that the females tended to have longer hairs while males had shorter hairs along their back. The color of the dragon often depicted what element they had and scale patterns could also tell what element they were. Very rarely do you have dragons that are bi-elementals, meaning they could wield two different elements. The only other dragon that is known to be able to wield many elements is the purple dragon.
Manweersmalls: These mole-like creatures are geniuses when it comes to mining. It is also common for them to develop armors for dragons and mining equipments from what they mine. All manweersmalls are born knowing how to dig and mine even if their parents don’t allow them to do so till they’re old enough. Most of the manweersmalls are either miners or blacksmiths. They do wield small weapons like daggers and short swords and are capable of limited combat. While being short along with short arms and legs, they aren’t quite maneuverable in battle. They however have found a way to harness some gems and produced secretly ranged rifles that can fire bullets made from certain gems that have an elemental effect in them. While they’re very friendly, if you were to irritate them, they could send a massive alarm through the ground with a simple coded message from tapping their feet to get the message across.

Age – I want age 10 for the dragons and if you choose cheetah or manweersmall, then this won’t apply to you.
Gender – Male, Female, simple as that.
Appearance – Minimum 5 lines.
Personality – Minimum 4 lines.
History – Minimum 8 lines.
Style/Weaponry - Describe how your character fights and what weapons that they use. People signing up as a dragon will have to describe their fury attack, elemental breath attacks, and their combat style.

Oh yeah, for those of you that may want to signup as the purple dragon, if you choose to do so, your signup will have to be male (sorry if you wanted to make it female.) I’m also limiting the genders on the signups for dragons to 3 male, 4 females (excluding the mandatory male purple dragon.)

P.S. If you need help figuring out about the dragons hair, the dragons in my sig is about ideal for how they look in terms of description. Well the red one at least.
