Bold is better if you're gonna have Mirror coat... just sayin'...

It depends if you want a sweeper or a rapid spinner...But I'd go with Calm too.

But with lower sp. def you can deal more damage with mirror coat... but your prolly right, I don't have that much experience with Blastoise, so I wouldn't know.
