OMGZ! Another evolution threadz When will it jes die?

What do you think? Is it possible for May's Squirtle to evolve? I can't see it not evolving because its advertising for FR/LG simply because:

#1) FR/LG has died down.
#2) The Squirtle family wasn't a star of the franchise to begin with (unless they made an Ocean Blue or something which doesn't seem possible)

Then there is that conspiracy about the writers making her just like Ash which I think is baloney. So they gave her both a Bulbasaur and Squirtle, two Pokemon Ash once had, Bulbasaur was meant for advertising as was the later Munchlax so I don't see either of them evolving although Bulbasaur serves no more purpose other than being Ash's Bulbasaurs who- err mate.

And I'm sure people like Yamato-San, Alfonso & Cybercubed would like to see it rolled over with a bulldozer especially after the Saffron Contest. Its like the last thing Squirtle deserves is an evolution. But I simply don't see any reason why it shouldn't (please don't give me any "fine the way it is" crap) so why not?

I have to agree on the evolution this time, out of each one of May's Pokemon Squirtle should evolve, for reasno one to make her less like Ash and evolving a Pokemon he never evolved P) and Blaziken so doesn't suit her but if it evolves into Blastoise thats just ;O;

Blaziken and Blastoise so aren't May friendly Pokemon.

I don't think her Squirtle will ever evolve. That's really all I have to say.

I think there's a better chance of May leaving her Squirtle with the Squirtle Squad to train after the BF arc ends. If she left her Bulbasaur to train with Ash's Bulba, leaving her Squirtle to train with Ash's Squirtle sounds plausible.

Now if only we can get some confirmation that Ash's Squirtle will return this saga...

Right, it is a stupid excuse, but because it is NOT A FRIGGIN BABY! I have to wonder if people still think Munchlax is a baby... So Squirtle was small and immature when we first met it, its grown up quickly.

How is Blaziken any less of a "May Pokemon" than Combusken?

Chill out, I was just being a goof-ball. I don't know if the thing's going to evolve any time soon, only the writers do.

The only way I can see it happening, is if they have to go the long way back to Pallet Town with some time to kill and meet up with ones they refused to visit with (Gym leaders, Primeape) which I think will happen since D/P is no where near coming out.

Squirtle however, could theoretically show up at any time. Jenny came all the way to Johto with Squirtle out of nowhere just so he could use it in the Johto league.

Where Ash is traveling is pretty much irrelevant. Like Charizard shows up no matter what region Ash is in, Jenny can simply fly around the region and bring Squirtle to Ash.

Squirtle falls into the same category as Ash's Bulbasaur and Charizard, they hog the spotlight. So with any luck, Ash's Squirtle will be back and battle with Ash for an episode or two as well as meet May's Squirtle.

Let it evolve. Anything that can aid it in becoming even remotely interesting works for me.

I'd like to see her Zenigame evolve, but it probably won't really soon. Maybe next region though. Wakashamo is a more likly candidate for evolution at this point, I immagine it will evolve to Bashamo by the end of Battle Frontier.

If any of May's pokemon evolve, it's Eevee. Squirtle is too lovable to evolve. So friggin' lovable- can't it just choke on its own lovableness!

I'd definately want to see it evolve! Wartortle has had next to no screentime since that episode in early Johto.

I've said this before on other threads, pokemon like Blaziken, Wartortle etc. are TOO COOL to let May loose with - that said, if they did evolve, you could almost see the writers try to pull an "Ash vs. May! Charizard/Sceptile vs Blaziken!" on us >:-(

And that would rock! May and Ash need one 'UGE battle where Ash uses Sceptile and May uses Combusken... that sexy little chicken! Or Blaziken, of course.

And, of course, Cordaunt (to help my denial, I'll not call it one or t'other) can finally decapitate the turtle, Swellow can carry Munchlax away, and Eevee can meet Rolie Polie Ollie 'imself. Why do I suddenly want all of May's pokemon brutally slaughtered by Ash's? Because I've never been happy.

Pikachu can just go and foil Team Rocket's plans. It gets the rat out of the battle AND prevents their messin' around!

No contest. Ash's has years of training under it's belt, May's Squirtle is still relatively young and wins by cop outs.
