1. remove T-tar, it hurts practically EVERYONE in your team except itself.
2. I'm not sure about their EVs, if you want to EV train them, other raters can give you the spread xD

His Standard ingame set, since I don't think you'd be willing to run a Scarfed variant. Shadow Claw and Focus Blast give unresisted coverage, Flamethrower gives STAB, and Thunderpunch deals with annoying Water Types.

Since you have enough Special Pokemon, use a Physical Pidgeot. Aerial Ace for STAB, but if you're willing to re-breed for Brave Bird, then do so. Return for a Second STAB, and Faint Attack and Steel Wing. If you're not breeding for both Brave Bird and Faint Attack, then U-Turn to switch out. Bossk pretty much covered this one.

Since he's Adamant, Dark Pulse is no good. Crunch is better. Also, Thrash just sucks, so run Ice Fang for coverage. Life Orb for power. I don't like everybody's use of Tyranitar b/c he's not amazingly awesome, and he hurts your other team members with Sand Stream.

Fly on Pikachu is actually pretty pointless. If you use any physical moves, go with Brick Break.

Focus Punch from behind a Substitute. I use this set to great effect in Platnium. Grass Knot gets good coverage, and T-bolt is STAB.

yeah, i wasn't too sure what i wanted to do with pidgeot, it doesn't really do much for me. i just like it cos its shiny. lol.

Might make the following changes:

Typhlosion
-Sunny Day -> Shadow Claw or Focus Blast

Pidgeot (complete overhaul)
Brave Bird/Aerial Ace
U-Turn
Steel Wing
Return

T-tar
- Dark Pulse -> Crunch
-Thrash -> Ice Fang


This was similar to my original team in gsc (minus any new moves added since then) and Sandstream didn't exist. T-tar is annoying for that reason, but i could usually spare one turn to Sunny Day the sandstorm away.

And fly on pikachu for 2 reasons:
-it's a flying pikachu.
-i removed fly from pidgeot to make room for another move, so i needed something with fly anyway.
