This has been answered too many times.

Toad: NO. The pictures were photoshopped. Not only that, but you need PERMISSION in order to use the supposed In-game photos. That should have been your first clue. Besides, The game clearly states that you have all of the unlockable characters when, y'know, you have all of the unlockable characters.

LOL, Butthole Bob. Yeah, I've heard that one before. The Toad one too. It's obviously fake. It tells you when you have all the characters. As for the pictures, ever heard of Photoshop? Yeah.

And who the heck is Butthole Bob, anyway. 0_o
