Basically what the others have said, but you should probably swap Ursaring for a good Starmie counter such as Snorlax as you have a big Starmie weak and that Heracross is basically a stronger Ursaring, since they are both physical sweepers with Guts and a similar moveset, but Heracross is faster, has a better typing as is more versatile.
