in fr/lg, pokemon tower, gastly and haunter, run from cubone. in r/s/e spindas in the grass east of fallabor town, run from skarm and sandshrew.
that sets ok, you might want recover or calm mind, perhaps rapid spin to?

You dont need Psychic.

Train on the Spinda route for SpA.
