Well, your profile puts you at 15. My critique based on age: Use a new medium. Pencil/charcol on paper, maybe inked if you want, but try to lay off the colored pencils; it makes the work look juvinile and inexperienced. You seem to wanna copy the Pokemon artists' styles; my advice to newbie artists: Try to mimic another artist only to get a feel for anatomy and what-not. Try to develop your own style, and give it some personal flair. Nest time you try gift art, if you're going to color it, do it on the computer, even if it's in Paint, that's almost a must for many cases. Still; this piece is the mark of an artist in training. With some practice, you could very well make some notable pieces. Keep at it, man.
