starter Dodrio

[Can't think of a name]

Can anyone advise a good movelist for a Dodrio who is to come out first?
I was thinking something with Tri attack and drill peck. Perhaps some stalling moves or something to dent the other teams.
Only problem is though:
No egg moves
No EVs/IVs etc

The reason I'm putting it out first is because it's a shiny.

I'm not really that good with movesets but try:
Drill Peck <-- for stab
Steel Wing <-- against rock types or Hp Ground if your lucky enough to get it
Theif <-- for stealing the other pokes items
Subsitute or rest if it has early bird ability
Well done getting the shiny.

This is the best set i can think of that doesn't include egg moves Hpyer beam can work as a Pyudeo- Selfdestruct/Explosion.

Ick. Dodrio can't use Rest well. It's too frail to survive the extra turn.

Just use this simple set:
@Choice Band
Drill Peck
Return/Double Edge (this thing eats pokemon)/novelty Tri Attack
Steel Wing/HP Physical (that's not poison, steel or flying)
filler (the only decent egg move it gets is Quick Attack)
