What is ur suggestion for the best starter in Emerald and r there any cheats before the game for eg.I have heard of a cheat in which u get a car..... of course i dont believe it but yet(without any cheating device);201-m;

The new tuxedo look!
Best starter is mudkip, no cheats, with the exception of the pomeg, ocean, mudslide and cloning glitches.

yeh mudkip should be your best choice and nah no cheats at the begining
