Cross Kyuubimon with Devidramon and make it pokemony, sorta, kinda.
I really don't know how to compare it because what's in my head looks nothing like Firamon, it looks more like one of the Fennekin evos someone posted way back, but with flaming wings. Very fox-like, very shinto-mythic, but still very aerodynamic and graceful.

There's a Chinese fold-tale I've read that was about a fox who turned into a young girl and tricked a man into marrying her by promising him that by helping him study, he could marry her. In the end, he didn't find out she was a fox until he stepped on her tail and she turned back to her original form. She hid her tail under her robe usually.
I'm not sure if that could be a final evolution, but it could be interesting to see Fennekin trying to hid it's tail. I hope it wouldn't be too humanoid though, because the rule 34 that would follow would invade google images.

When I realized they had the typings on the site, I got all happy. But then I remembered it was the typing of only the first forms, which are almost always pure types. Oh well. Seems like we got nowhere new...
And also, at the poll, Chespin made a comeback. Feel kinda sorry for poor Froakie, though. But, none ofthem comes close to Fennekin. He clearly is the hyped starter of this generation. Let's all hope he doesn't go bipedal on us... And double hope he doesn't get a fighting typing... The poll results would change A LOT if that was the case!

Hasnt something similar been done by Ninetales in Johto? It knew Psychic and created illusions to get Brock to stay with it as it looked like its old trainer.

I'd say more that it could turn into a weapon or something; Chespin seems very armor/weapon-y.
Moves don't always make explicit sense. After all, Psyduck and Diglett can learn Scratch, can't they? Heck, even Shedinja can learn it!
Personally, that sounds much more like a kitsune to me, the kind of deceitful fox that inspired Zorua and Zoroark's ability Illusion.
Based on what I've read about fennec foxes, scientifically speaking, it would make sense for Fennekin to become a Fire/Ground-type. Mythologically, I'd think that any African myths would be most relevant, considering that's where the animals are from.

GUys Fennekin is a fire type and people are saying it might evolve into a fire/Physic If truee that means it Special attack might be off the charts.I hope we got some good psysic moves

I've seen that, and I really like it as well. Froakie still isn't my cup of tea, but that is an interesting design, and I hope the creators had something like that in mind.

I'm tired of seeing this image every few days.
Oh, and on the subject of Froakie, at least now we got a more "clear" shot of his attack. I think I can say it pretty confidently that his first attack is only a Water Gun type thing, and not an Ice type attack. At least we got that outta the way. But we still have no idea of what Fennekin's second attack was, though...
