How do you think an Steel Type Evolution for Eevee should be?
I think it might be:
The same color of Steelix, wings like Latios or Latias, and the body like Jolteon, something like this:

Cool! Athough the wings look kinda whacked out, I can tell what you're talking about. Or maybe it could be like a grey Granbull that walks on all fours, and that has metal bands around its wrists and ankles, and a large one around its body.
