Sticky Thread Concerning Nintendo WFC?

Does this forum need a sticky thread with a simple Q&A about the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection? Just on the first page I've seen at least two topics posted because people want to know what it is. Surely it'd be much easier to make a sticky about it so there weren't more of these.

Shut me up if I'm breaking rules here.
