What does it mean when it says Something is stirring? It appeared to me when i was in mt.thunder. What does it do?

It means that you are getting close to the limit of how many steps you're allowed to walk in that dungeon. It does that in all the dungeons. If you stay to long, you'll be kicked out, which counts as a defeat.

The same happened to me inside Meteor Cave. Deoxys was up to his old tricks and avoiding me like the plague, so I was ousted from his lair. I didn't know what was up, so I blamed Deoxys for the stirring of the wind. It turns out that indirectly it was Deoxys's fault.

It happened to me in Mt.Steel while i was trying to recruit an Aron and a Beldum. I eventually sticked sround to find out what it was. fortunately I saved right before going into the dungeon.

What would a meator be, anyway? I didn't know that giant chunks of cosmic space beef could upset the world's balance.

Gosh everyone. Caterpie causes the gusts of wind, Metapod controls how difficult the dungeon is by using harden. (He makes hints of this during the storyline when you talk to him) and butterfree brutally murders you head on with its attacks in the hard dungeons.
