Ok so if I evolve my Skitty at lvl 5 and now he is an Delcatty at level 28. If I trade them to XD can I learn him Faint Attack?

no he cannot, it has to be a skitty to learn faint attack

Yeah I mean relearning it at the Move relearner @ 1000 Coupons.

the only moves that the move relearner can teach delcatty are growl, attract, sing, and doubleslap.

Yup..but you can breed your Delcatty with Ditto and get a Skitty in return. And then try again... ^^;; I trained my Skitty untill it had learned all it's moves, then evolved it.
