What do you think? Do there needs to be a place to buy evolve stones? Like in Pokemon Red

Huh? I don't get what you're asking.

The stone evolved pokemon, bar a few others, have awful movesets. The only thing a few have are rare moves like Extremespeed. But that's my opinion.

But of course, they will be in there, they have been in every pokemon game thus far, so why stop now?

I think not. Pokemon that are already in there evolve stage when there only level 10 or something like that isn't good. I think you need to earn youre evolved
pokemon

Is he saying should thair be new evolution stones or that old pokemon should evolve to their new evo's by stones if he is talking bout the latter then no

The stones are so underused but cool. They added the choice of evolving a pokemon early and risking not learning certain attacks and saved people from having to attached and trade pokemon to other people for them to evolve first, which has become too much of an overused an annoying method of having to get certain pokemon.

What are you talking about? Of course, there will be evolution stones in D/P, since they were in every Pokémon game prior. How else would you get Raichu, Ninetales, Sunflora, Clefable, Ludicolo, Victreebel, and pals?

Should any of the new Pokémon evolve with stones? Why not? They're unique, and can sometimes help out with training. If rarity's a problem, just trade 'em in from FR/LG!

Should there be any brand new stones? It mightn't be a bad idea. I could see there being a new Frost Stone, which could be used to get us Weavile and possibly some other new things. (Eeveeloution? :p)

if they do stones the electebuzz evo might need a thunder stone
Nope. It has to be something else. Having Electabuzz evolve via Thunderstone violates the Law of Conservation of Game Mechanics.

Sorry I meant if you agree that you can buy those stones.

Oh. If you meant to buy them, then yeah, i'd like that. I hate doing chores to get stones, to me, it's annoying.

That could work, but there could also be some more interesting, subtle ways for you to get multiple Stones. (aside from the tedious Thieving them from wild Pokémon thing)

For example, there could be a new area, a mine, where, in a manner similar to the Berry Forest, you'd occasionally find Evolution Stones lying around with your Itemfinder. They'd respawn, either after a certain time period or number of steps. You'd have to venture pretty deep into the caves to find rare stones, so it'd be a bit like the Shoal Cave quest.

Hey ya, that's a good idea.

I think buying them is a good and bad idea. Tis good because then you could get any eveloution eaisly. Its also bad because whats the fun of just buying one, its more fun when you have to do something to get it.

Well I'd prefer stones than that stupid thing of having to trade to evolve with an item. Why couldn't there have been more Kadabra/Machoke/Haunter/Graveler... I think there should be stones.

In a way, it would be both good and bad. It would be good because it would be easier to get them and evolve your pokemon. It would be bad because it takes away the challenge to get them (unless they cost a super amount of money).

I dont think they should be buyable I think wild pokemon should hold sometimes though
