What lvl should I be before going to stormy sea?

Lv 55 or above with at least one grass type that knows mega drain

I have a sceptile that knows giga drain. Its only just evolved. lvl 36

I beat Stromy Seas with my level 48 Typlosion

Yeah, I beat it at, like, lv 45. But I was just lucky that time.

I was at level 52 and I easily beat it, so probably level 48-50 or something around there with at least 1 grass pokemon.

 

[Scepgatr]

The pokémons can go up to level 35 within this dungeon, however, Kyogre at the end is only Level 25.
