Okay. I was playing Blue on my DS and I went to Joyous Tower. I wasn't on a rescue mission, I just went there to recruit some of the starters. On the 5th floor, I found a wild Plusle! How did that happen? I didn't use a code or anything, and you're not supposed to be able to find Plusle in Blue, only Red. What's up with that?

You might of saved someone on red that gained you access to plusle.

I saw Plusle in Tiny Woods or Thunderwave Cave....I didn't have Red on my DS

Ether you have a gliched game or you at one time put a pokemon dungeon red in you gba slot on the DS. I happened to me once but, Feebas appeared instead of magikarp.

But I've never had a Red cartridge in the GBA slot o.o I don't even know anyone with Red.

Have you ever done a rescue mission where the client and/or any Pokemon involved was Plusle? That kind of thing causes the Pokemon to appear in your game.

Anyways, I've seen Plusles before in my Blue too. And I don't even own Red. But I have rescued a Plusle before.
