Ok, so earlier a fight between Master Gatr,randomn00b,rerunner89, and SandslashYO! started. It was about which was better?; Stat changing moves or Offensive moves! This thread will prove which theory is right! But as for me, I on the offensive side! Before we sart this the the team of Redrunner and sandslashYO! must find another person who agrees because I want in! And I have the right, so either get another person, or if your so confident, take us all on!

I think these changed MS's really kick! Thanks to Frost Nova for the move sets and making me realize offense is ok, but Strategy really kicks butt when up against pure offense alone. I would like to thank otterpops,rerunner, and sandsladYO! for help turn me around too!

O_O I thought this was going to be a private WiFi match. Still, Rizadon, you have huge flaws in your team. It contains Pokemon from NU (Mighteyena), UU (Grumpig, Glalie), BL (Charizard), and OU (Donphan, Swampert). I guess its a favorites team?

Also, you have moves of the same type, outclassed moves, unneeded moves, and moves that just don't fit with the Pokemon (Grumpig with Giga Attack?). If you plan to play me on WiFi, you better change your team fast or you'll get your *** handed to you on a platter. I know you like all out attack, but I seriously believe that you should add some supportive moves in your team.

You can't even begin to imagine how much i was laughing at thier posts. I'm certain that the "Line of ultimate pwnage" is a long one though, you'd have to wait your turn. lol

supportive moves are there cuz people probably complained to nintendo to put them there, cuz thats not what pokemon battling is about, attacking is.

loss of interest w/ a combination of laziness. I still play my LeafGreen though. my excitement of the upcoming games brought me to rate teams here, plus the 3rd gen section doesn't need me, there are plenty of knowledgable people there.

Oh well. Everyone was a noob once: the memory of having a Sceptile with Fury Cutter and Aerial Ace was certainly painful enough to stick with me. As long as they do acknowledge that they are noobs. Or newbs, to stick with the technical term.

Even so, 3rd gen RMT's pretty quiet right now, since most of the pro raters are gone. Even F_M only shows up once in a while. So yeah, it's basically me, aragornbird and a couple of other people in there.

And still we get noobs who think might is right. I thought we had a fair share of noobness: I was wrong. This place is much worse. There are a couple of good raters around here though.

This isnt a rate my team post, and you can battle on line. I dont remember how....I'll have to get my buddies from GT over here and tell me again. But I didnt mean to start something here, And I plan on changind the first post's movesets. Just, I dont know what otterpop's problem is, I dont recall saying anything to him, and once my Diamond is up to speed, ( I still dont have it, it comes out in spring ) Ill trade some pokemon over and stuff. But Im not saying strategy sucks. Infact, without strategy I wouldn't have won the JAA in miami. of course, offense costs me my lose in the finals.....now Im confused on whhich team im on......ok. Im on strategy with a couple offense moves. Is that ok? Because Im going for strategy now....I realized I was wrong without battle but Wilton (Master Gatr) is stuborn and wont take this lightly. Once he gets WiFi it wont matter if we win....He wil still think he is suporior. That's just how he rolls, dont take it personally.

Alrighty. An all-Offensive team, while good In-Game, will not stand a chance elsewhere. Startegic moves are important. For example, somone managed to OHKO my Steelix once with PorygonZ, using Tri-Attack, since he had used two Schemes. Anyway:

It's good to see you've changed your stance. I remember when I was young, I loved all offensive. It wasn't until the 3rd Gen that I realised I had to change my ways.
