By far the best battle of the Unova League whether or not this is a high bar is an entirely different situation

People actually out there saying unova league better than Alola when this was the only decently written battle in the entire league, and that too not at a very high bar

Took a gander at this one before entering the cursed full battle:

Pros

• Stephan baiting Dig to use Hyper Beam in was good
• Why the hell does Zebstrika have Facade
• I forgot about the Bulk Up animation it's so funny
• I like the speed strats that Leavanny has going on
• Blocking with hands to use Low Sweep on the legs in order for Leavanny to not be able to dodge is pretty good
• Tanking X-Scissor to break string shot is pretty good
• Aerial Ace was a bit anti-climactic, but it was a good strat to leave it as a final surprise

Neutral

• Zebstrika sure has 4 normal type moves

Cons

• These mons kinda took a lot of damage tbh

Pretty solid fight NGL, not much to say about it.

I still can’t help but laugh at Krookodile “flying”. Legitimately almost cried from how hard I was laughing.
