It is possible to get a Lv. 5 Electrode in D/P.

Get a low level Pikachu in Viridian Forest, evolve it to a Raichu, trade it to the guy at Cinnabar Island for an Electrode, and then Pal Park it over to D/P.

All soul, no heart.
This might have been said earlier but in R/B/Y, lapras and snorlax were considered legendary pokemon. There was no breeding untill G/S/C so there were only two snorlax and one lapras per game.

Level three, in fact.
If only Yellow was remade for the GBA, then you could run rampant with level five Machamps.
(trade a bred Cubone for a Machoke, it'll evolve into Machamp immediately!~)

By this same quota, Farfetch'd was a legendary in RBY.

All the Electric rodents except for Raichu and Minun have names that start with 'P'.

Munchlax is two feet tall and weighs two hundred something pounds. How is that skinny?

I really hate double posting, but I think he means, for someone who eats alot, he's skinny.

When you trade Raichu, the NPC mentions that it evolves too.

Apparently, this is due to the fact that Red and Blue in the US used the script of Japanese Blue translated, where in that version you traded Kadabra for Graveler. The US Red and Blue however used the trades from the Japanese Red and Green, leading to this mistake.
