They don't learn the moves, but use them.

That would mean that every Pokemon with Mimic could learn every move.
It's temporary, therefore it doesn't count.

- Fearow is based on a waterbird called a Cormorant despite the fact that Fearow lives in forests and behaves more like a bird of prey.

- Jolteon can learn Iron Tail, even thought it has no tail. The same rule also applies to Primape.

- Wooper can learn Ice Punch even though it has no arms

- Delibird has no STAB moves via level up, since its only natural move is Present a Normal type move. Unown, also have no STAB moves, unless Hidden Power becomes a psychic type.

- Ditto can breed with all known Bug Type pokemon.

Blue is the only Gym Leader (Gen II) to not specialize in a particular type.
Steven Stone is the only Elite Four/Champion member to use a Pokemon from a different generation or evolved from a Pokemon from a different generation. That's in R/S, not sure about Wallace in Emerald or the team changes.
