I just played today for the first time in like a week and I had my items ready to go to the Western Cave for the 2nd time so I could recruit him. I went all the way through and he didn't join, which is weird because it's 99.9% chance and I even had friend bow. I finished and went to restock items and figured out I was supposed to buy the friend area before I left. Anyone wish to share their big mistakes during Mystery Dungeon?\

Ummmmmmmmmmm. That's not a big mistake. You can ONLY get him on your team when you save Latias. That's why rate is 99.9.

1st: what pokemon are you talking about?!
2nd: if you're talking about latios, its in northern range.
3rd: my stupid mistake is going into buried relic with only a few apples while trying to get mew. XD good thing i was playing as my level 100 articuno. also, have you noticed that alot of peoples 1st level 100 is an articuno?

Indeed. My first level 100 will likely be my meowth. He's been enhanced with so many stat boosters and sitrus berries (I have an abundance of ginseng, but I don't feel like using any) he's probably the strongest pokemon ever. That being said, i'd have liked it to learn a room clearing attack.

Many reasons I won't evolve my Meowth

1. It was my starter and has the picture I like.
2. I caught a Meowth in Western Cave and evolved it into Persian, so theres no need for another.
3. You don't really see a stat boost in leveling up, evolvings kinda pointless it seems.
4. It goes with my Avatar.
5.Meowth moves when idle on the field, Persian is immobile.
6. Meowth has Pickup, very useful when I don't have my tight belt on or am on a gummi/rare item hunt. Persian has limber, which is useful to a lesser degree.
7. I just like Meowth, no harm there.
8. It reminds me of Team Rockets Meowth.
9. Meowth has two sleep positions when it is put to sleep/finishes after a day, and I like variety.
10. I'd look like the banker.

There ya go. Ten legit reasons why I don't want to. XD

Stupid mistakes i've made...today in Purity forest I let Mew get boxed in...i'm never going to get Celebi.

I chose mudkip and charmander for my game because i was thinking swampert uses EQ everyone dies except charizard because its part flying but apparently mystery dungeon types dont work like RSE and my charizard dies. But thats okay because for a room clearing move i still have charizards heat wave. ;123;

I was in Buried Relic and I was trying to recruit Regirock(which I eventually did), but I used my Escape Orb on Floor 15, since Regirock didn't join, but it said some mysterious force stopped me, so I figured whatever, I'll try it on the next floor, so I went to F16 and my Escape Orb was gone O_O I had to go through all 99 floors to get out(which I did), and worst I lost my Gulpin that was ready to evolve a Porygon, and 2 Makuhitas. ;_;

xD. That's sad. For me I along time ago I was killed by a Delibird on flr. 20 of northwind field and got rescued but then got killed y a Delibird on flr. 21.

THE EXACT SAME TO ME! I have learned from my mistakes tho, there is an exscape orb on almost every floor of burield relic.

I was scared for life. ;-;

And....just a few minutes ago I turned off when it had to be quicksaved and lost my Friend Bow and Tight Belt...

1. Instead of throw, I ate a stun seed. -_-

2. Went into a save before enter doungon thinking that if you turn off the power you will be at the begining of the dungon, I lost all my stapple items. ;_;
