INTRODUCTION

In a parallel Pokémon world, Gijinkas aren't super-loathed, always-out-to-be-hunted beings. In fact, in this world, they represent the rich and famous, the respected and well-received celebrities and "nobility" of the Pokémon world, admired for their close connection to Pokémon and their powerful abilities. They resemble the top 30% of the world population, and enjoy flashing and glamorizing what makes them a Gijinka, usually having the ears, colored hair, tail, wings, or some other feature that resembles the Pokémon they're a Gijinka of. They live in sheer luxury, eat the finest foods, and enjoy priority seating, excellent service, VIP access, and have never known what it's like to wait on line. Meanwhile, Gijinkas of legendary Pokémon are extremely well-respected, and often became the leaders of regions and CEOs of companies. Meanwhile, even the legendaries themselves approve that Gijinkas are the "chosen ones," making it so only they are allowed to communicate to Pokémon and use their special moves and abilities.

It's humans that are the blue collar, redneck types that never even taste a position of leadership unless a Gijinka leader gives them the green light, which only happens in cases of when no other Gijinka wants the job. And Gijinkas never have to listen to a human if they don't want to. Often referred to as the "Giftless," humankind essentially falls into a lower caste they can never get out of. Instead of all the things Gijinkas get to enjoy, humans are more like Mike Rowe on Dirty Jobs with dirt and crap on their hands and faces. You see them cleaning out the trash, picking up Pokémon roadkill, shoveling feces, and even human kids are denied a college education and instead are left picking what kind of janitorial or fast food job they want to take when they grow up. And yes, Gijinkas always want fries with that.

And that was just how things worked. This was how the legendaries liked it, and it has been done this way for centuries. Only Gijinkas get to be Gym Leaders and Elite Four members. Even if humans can prove they raised better Pokémon teams, they just get "honorable mention" awards and never really can become official champions or even get just a bronze third place trophy. But even just getting that far, however, was rare, as Gijinkas usually have better funding and can buy more with their money to help support their teams. While Gijinkas can spray one Full Restore after another, humans are stuck only with whatever berries they could find in nature.

Sure, it's unfair, but no one can really object to it. Until one day, Alfred Clyde, an older human scientist, believed he found a way to screw around with genetics and make a human appear to be a Gijinka, which would do wonders in shutting down prejudices once and for all if it was successful and could be taken mainstream. Upon testing on a control group of fifteen willing humans that were just outright sick of their crappy jobs thanks to Gijinka regulation, the result was unexpected. They became what are now known as PokéMorphs, humans that resemble a Pokémon much more than in the case of Gijinkas. Instead of just tails, ears, or other minor aspects like that, PokéMorphs just barely had human resemblance, now having the fur, skin, scales, and full-body colorations of those Pokémon as well. Truthfully, the distinction was far too apparent, and Clyde knew the Gijinka nobility would need to be a batch of backwards idiots to be fooled by it... which they weren't.

Clyde, with deep regret, was willing to throw in the towel on the project due to its failure. However, a new human uprising, the Stalwart Brotherhood, liked what Clyde had tried to do with his research. So, with a little more personnel and funding, they tried again, but it only resulted in more PokéMorphs. But, from what they noticed, the PokéMorphs were just as powerful and capable as their Gijinka counterparts. Instead, they decided to use it.

It wasn't long until Gijinkas suddenly caught wind about the creation of PokéMorphs, and they immediately denounced them as freaks of nature, and came to the quick judgment that they should be blown to bits and taken out of history books. The Stalwart Brotherhood, already on the bad side of every Gijinka for disobeying their Gijinka superiors, simply laughed about the threats, and declared they would unleash payback for all the centuries of injustice, which included even giving legendary Pokémon the finger... with a smile.

To make the Gijinka authority even more enraged, Clyde and his associates created the "Chimeras," essentially PokéMorphs with features of multiple Pokémon rolled into one. While humans and the Stalwart Brotherhood felt they were amazing creations that essentially created new Pokémon out of humans, Gijinkas were outright disgusted by them, stressing about how they never thought humans could stoop so low and use mad science to create something so unethical. The more Gijinkas hated things, the more the Stalwart Brotherhood felt like creating them.

Now, the uprising has begun. The Stalwart Brotherhood is now using stolen resources and weaponry to fuel their campaign. They have completely dethroned the Gijinka administration in Sinnoh and Unova, and as a result, most Gijinkas have left both countries to join their brethren in other regions, vowing to clean up the mess the Brotherhood created and get things back to normal. With them are the legendaries, using whatever they can to ensure Gijinkas are kept as the proper leaders of the world, and to make sure every last PokéMorph and Chimera is destroyed to nonexistence.

So, what side are you going to choose?

SIDES

The Gijinka Alliance

The Gijinka Alliance consists of all ruling and powerful Gijinkas, as well as obedient humans resistant to the influence of the Stalwart Brotherhood. These humans believe that as the legendaries willed and decided it, Gijinkas are more deserving, are more powerful, and in essence, are the rightful rulers of civilization and authority under the legendaries. They feel that for any human that doesn't like it, that's tough luck. Also, the Gijinka Alliance never accepts PokéMorphs or Chimeras on their side. Turncoat humans, however, are much easier to manage and track.

The Gijinka Alliance is also very well funded, and has every legendary on their side.

The Stalwart Brotherhood

The Stalwart Brotherhood, often referred to as "The Brotherhood" for short, is a rag-tag army of humans, PokéMorphs, and Chimeras, seeking to disrupt and overthrow the system. Wild, rebellious, and unruly in nature, the Brotherhood seeks to try and be as politically incorrect as possible, and can be very dastardly in battle. In addition, The Brotherhood never accepts Gijinkas into their ranks. They simply hate them and would love nothing more than to see them rot at the French fryer for a few hours.

The Stalwart Brotherhood may not be as well funded as the Gijinkas with fast food and janitorial salaries, but they're good at stealing, hotwiring, and reverse engineering machines and vehicles. In time, they're expecting to be able to make their own.

ASPECTS

For purposes of this RP, Pokémon Gijinkas have plenty of Pokémon features, such as tails, wings, colored hair, ears, and so on, but only PokéMorphs have their skin and face altered to have different colors or fur in addition to all that.

If you need a visual example of the difference:

Flareon Gijinka

Flareon PokéMorph

Gijinkas and PokéMorphs can use any Pokémon move the Pokémon they're related to can learn, be it level up, TM, egg, tutor, whatever. You can also be a Gijinka or PokéMorph of any Pokémon, though keep in mind, even if you choose a legendary Pokémon, your power is still on level with those of non-legendaries (throw all stats into the gutter). Otherwise yes, Virginia, everyone's gonna pick legendaries.

Chimeras can choose up to three Pokémon to be related with in any arrangement you desire. However, they can only use the level up moves of any of those three Pokémon. Just to keep things even.

Meanwhile, only Gijinkas can understand Pokémon speech. Everyone else is stuck hearing them repeat all the syllables of their names.

RULES

NOTE: I kind of want to make this RP a little more loose, casual, and humorous than the usual RP. I'm okay with people bending the rules and going a little overboard, but don't pull your pants down and take a messy crap over the entire RP... figuratively speaking, of course.

  • Follow all standard SPPF rules. You knew that already, right?
  • Some god-modding is alright, as long as it's not cheap and mercilessly spoils the RP for other people. I'm okay with people bending the rules of reality, it keeps things interesting. As long as you rightfully earn stuff, it's all good.
  • Don't bunny. Easter's over, dude.
  • Material should be PG13. Violence is great, but don't jump all over the idea of slapping ridiculous sexual or racist content in your posts.
  • You're free to make multiple characters, enough until you even make a termite colony jealous. As long as you give them each equal showtime, it's fine with me.
  • Be creative, punch in plot twists, and go all out. And yes, interact with people! Be a player, not a spectator.

Floorman

Creeping On Le Floor
Name: Malack Harvey
Sex: Male
Age: 23
Side: Gijinka Alliance
Race: Gijinka (Lanturn)

Description: One of the first things anyone will notice about Malack is his blue hair and the antenna that sticks out from his forehead. The antenna is the same color as his hair, with two golden balls at the end of it. Besides that, He has calm blue eyes, and a somewhat rounded face. Strangely Enough, he has no ears, his antenna acts as his method of hearing. He is rather short, and has short arms. He has a fish-like tail that protrudes from his tailbone
As for his apparel, Malack wears a dark blue suit with a black tie. He has an iris in the lapel of his suit. He wears blue dress pants, much like his suit. He also wears black dress shoes, and tan socks.
Personality: Malack is a suave businessman with a taste for the limelight, at least on the outside. He likes to flaunt his wealth and status because heck, he’s special, and everyone deserves to know. He has an icy attitude towards humans, and towards chimeras and pokemorphs he is downright cruel. He shows little remorse for harming humans, and, when he shows his more sadistic side, he cares little for the deaths of even his own pokemon. He speaks in a tone that suggests that he thinks that killing and death is just business to him, and that the only person he cares about is himself. In his eyes, the strong, such as himself survive, and the weak will all fall beneath his iron fist. He demands nothing less than complete obedience from his pokemon.
Background: Malack’s early childhood was normal by Gijinka standards. His parents were a Relicanth Ginjika and a Lanturn Gijinka, and he lived in almost perfect comfort until he turned 18, and decided to make a living for himself. He quickly became the Head of his father’s company, which was responsible for testing medicine. While in charge of the company, he started a new method of testing, using humans as test subjects. He cannot deny that he killed hundreds this way, with accidental overdoses and the like, but he didn’t nor will he ever care. It has been said that he has killed pokemon for disobeying his commands, and many, even other Gijinkas, fear him.
Hits: Torturing Humans, Swimming, Berries.
Misses: Disobedience, Spicy foods.

For Each Pokémon:

Name: Lehara
Gender: Female
Personality and History: Much like her master, Lehara is somewhat of a sadist. She was his third pokemon, and has learned from the mistakes of the first two, whom Malack had killed for their disobedience. She has the closest relationship with Malack of any of his pokemon, and she is most commonly seen following him in public.
Species: Mawile

Name: Hanson
Gender: Male
Personality and History: Hanson the flygon is perhaps the most free-spirited of all of Malack’s pokemon, and constantly has to be reminded to stay in line. He is a warrior at heart, and will attack at his master’s order.
Species: Flygon

Name: Mallace
Species: Lanturn
Gender: Male
Personality and history: Mallace is perhaps the biggest disappointment to Malack, because he was supposed to be just like him. Instead, Mallace is a carefree pacifist who is only still alive because Malack can’t bring himself to kill a part of himself, in a sense.

Kintio

Dark Type Trainer
Name: Daray Orfeo
Sex: Male
Age: 17
Side: Gijinka
Race: Gijinka - Hydreigon

Description: Daray is a half-dragon human hybrid. He has tapered ears and raven black hair with wine red highlights. His eyes are black, with similarly colored wine-red irises and slightly darker pupils with a black outline. He has three pairs of black wings that sprout from his back, and all his clothes are modified to hold these wings and give them space to fly. He also has a purple tail. The rest of his body is just like a normal humans would be - he has a tan skin tone.

Personality: Daray isn't very outgoing - he tends to melt into the background. He tends to be rather optimistic about things, despite being a Dark Type. He spends most of his time at the local library, reading books. This causes him to be rather awkward around other people. He does have a few friends and actually often takes charge of them, having leadership tendencies. Daray isn't the first person to understand what he needs to do, but he's often the one leading the way. He also tends to be rather obsessive other things, and has a habit of throwing temper tantrums.

Background: The moment Daray was born, everyone expected things from him. Not just because he was a Dragon - who always boasted their power - but because of his parents. He had been born into a family that ruled over the Dragon Clans of the North. Almost every dragon near and far would one day heed his call and obey his rules. His older brother was to become his ambassador and adviser, but no more. This is because the eldest Dragon was often the most strongest, and could therefore be an asset to a nation. They were tools to be used by their younger siblings, who were often much more cunning and smarter.
Because of what was expected from Daray, he spent most of his childhood studying politics and education, along with honing his powers and skills. He was adept at it all, but he was still weak compared to his brother, who was growing into becoming a child prodigy and stronger then even his parents by the age of 20. Daray looked up to his brother, who often took him all sorts of places and taught him things that no one ever bothered telling him. In his lonely childhood, his only friend was his older brother.
One day, as a rite of passage for his brother to become an Adult Dragon, he had to slay a powerful Pokemon. He set his sights on defeating a wild Moltres. To help Daray for when he would have to perform a similar rite, he took his brother with him. The Elder Orfeo sibling was killed in the battle. He told Daray to make sure he would become a great strategist, to make him proud. He told him that there were three Pokemon he would like him to command on his death. When Daray managed to scurry and fly back home, his parents blamed him. They blamed their power-hungry son for being jealous of the older, and killing him to absorb his powers. Though this was not true, Daray decided to run away in shame, only managing to nab one of his brother's Pokemon. His parents exiled him and the nation fell into chaos, though the Orfeo managed to eventually reign the power back by destroying the aspiring nobility.
Though Daray is quite far from his previous home and no one can recognize him, Daray tends to stay on his gaurd and ready to attack.

Occupation: N/A

Powers : Can melt into shadows, being a dark Pokemon, so that it looks like he's not there. Can also steal adeptly. Can breath blue flames (dragonbreath), release dark energy (dark pulse) and has exceptional physical strength, which can be augmented with blue energy (such as Dragon Claw). Can fly (rather obviously).

Hits: Books, T.V. Shows, Getting Praise, CANDY, and Good Food
Misses: Negative Attention, Fights, Trolls (you know what I mean), the Cold, and other Dragons.

Pokemon Daray Currently Owns:

Name: Nyx the Luxray
Gender: Female
Personality and History: Nyx was a tenth birthday gift from Daray's older brother. Nyx was a royal pet for a long while and didn't evolve at all. However, after Daray went on the run, Nyx began to fend for herself and got very strong. Both Daray and Nyx share a close bond because they've been together for very long. Nyx is stubborn and a picky eater because of her previous treatment, and absolutely hates losing. She often hunted for the both of them when Daray was tired from flying.

Name: Morocco the Gliscor
Gender: Male
Personality and History: Morocco is not Daray's - it's his brothers. He managed to snag Gliscor before he ran away, per his brother's instructions as he died. Morocco understands Daray's plight and decides to join his journey. Morocco is incredibly strong, but also fairly fragile, with Servine managing about three hits before knocking it out. Rather finicky and headstrong, Morocco often spends his time moping about and planning how to get his two partners back. Daray has already agreed that he would go back and try to get them.

Name: Chloe the Servine
Gender: Female
Personality and History: Chloe is Daray's "starter pokemon" that he received from his parents. It's common for Dragon Gijinka in Daray's family to begin to amass an army of Pokemon to help them hone their leadership skills and strategy. Daray decided to name his then-Snivy, simply because he thought the name sounded cute. Daray and Chloe spent almost all of their time training to become stronger, and thus whenever Daray fights he often uses Chloe in conjunction to his own attacks. Chloe is the only Pokemon that Daray allows to be carried on his back, simply because she cannot fly nor slither fast enough to keep up before. Now, she stays on simply due to habit. Chloe is also the leader of Daray's Pokemon, and almost never goes into a Pokeball.

Name: Ava the Eevee
Gender: Male
Personality and History: Not much is known yet. Daray has just obtained Ava from an egg and it has only just been recently hatched. It seems to be rather timid.

Pokemon Daray Owns but Does not Currently Have:

Two Pokemon inside of Pokeballs in his old Home.

*The reason Daray's older brother's name is not mentioned is because the name is erased from Existence. No one can remember his name at all. It was a spell evoked by Daray's parents in sorrow.

I love reserves, but if you wouldn't mind telling me what side you're thinking of being on, that would be a big help.

*Gasps execitedly* An RPG with every single kind Pokemon/Human hybrid in existence together? I'm in!

I should have a character up soon.

Of course! Glad to have you along, dude, you're a great RPer.

Malack is good to go! Thanks for joining in.

It rocks, Daray is approved and good to go. Enjoy the RP, and thanks for jumping in.

Thinking about making a set of characters. Though for now I'll just reserve a spot for the Gijinka Alliance if that is alright with you.

Hmm...No one wants to be on the side of the humans and pokemorphs. If I may, I'd like to reserve myself a pokemorph in addition to my other character.

I'd like to join but first I'd like to know some things.
1: Is it possible for Gijinka's to get human children?
2: Can humans become PokéMorphs/Chimeras over the course of the RP?

I hate to say this and I really hate doing this but I am a tiny bit busy today so I just want to drop by to say I will be joining with two characters. I just have to leave in a few and I won't be back on this computer for quite a long time therefore forcing me to either post my character's profiles late into the night or sometime Monday afternoon (unless I get lucky and I don't have to leave the house today). But I thought I'd let you know, I do like this idea quite a lot and will be joining as soon as possible.

I'm thinking of being a Gijinka for sure. =D

You got it!

Thinking about making a set of characters. Though for now I'll just reserve a spot for the Gijinka Alliance if that is alright with you.

Yep, that's fine with me.

Hmm...No one wants to be on the side of the humans and pokemorphs. If I may, I'd like to reserve myself a pokemorph in addition to my other character.

I'm probably going to sign up for the Brotherhood anyway, so don't feel as if you have to keep things balanced. Only if it gets really offset (as in one side having five more characters than the other) will I step in.

But thanks though, I appreciate that.

I'd like to join but first I'd like to know some things.
1: Is it possible for Gijinka's to get human children?
2: Can humans become PokéMorphs/Chimeras over the course of the RP?

1. Nah, Gijinkas don't get human children, as Gijinka genes are dominant genes. As with Pokémon, Gijinkas end up being the same as their Gijinka mother, unless the mother was a human, in which case they end up the same as the Gijinka father. But cases of Gijinkas mating with humans is pretty rare.

2. Yep, they sure can. But once they become a PokéMorph or a Chimera, they stay that way.

I hate to say this and I really hate doing this but I am a tiny bit busy today so I just want to drop by to say I will be joining with two characters. No problem. Sign ups will always be open, so there's nothing to sweat.

I haven't said anything yet, but I will have two characters for Cerberus, wait wrong game, the Brotherhood. One a complete loony and the other completely opposite. Expect them. . . as soon as I can find a combination that is completely hilarious.

Quick Question : How would a Ghost Pokemorph/Gijinka work? Would they be ACTUAL ghosts, or have the ability to melt through walls and float - things like that? (If it makes any sense - can they switch from being a ghost to being concrete whenever they feel like it?)

I have another character in mind and depending on how it works it could go on either alliance.

They wouldn't be actual ghosts, but they could pass through walls, kind of like Nightcrawler from the X-Men. Or that creepy phasing thing the albino twins from the Matrix Reloaded do. They can't be hurt or touched while doing this (nor can they affect or touch anything around them either), but after they're done phasing, they can.

Avenger Angel

Warrior of Heaven
Name: Brian Stone
Sex: Male
Age: 30
Side: Stalwart Brotherhood
Race: Chimera (Lopunny, Furret, Ninetales)

Description: Standing 6'4", Brian has the look of a male Lopunny, but with a Furret's color pattern. In essence, Brian clearly looks like he was never human, instead looking like he's always been a roughneck bunny rabbit with nine Furret tails coming out of his rear, making him look like a really fuzzy bunny peacock combination. For those wondering why he choose that, he felt uninspired and hasty, so he left his Chimera choices in the hands of his tactics adviser, Karen Hills, who has a very soft spot for cute, furry creatures. So she turned him into one too. And it felt bizarre at first, but it later grew on him... well, because the only other option was killing himself. :p

Brian usually only wears a belt and a few straps to hold weapons and equipment. Meanwhile, he doesn't keep his fur puffy like a regular Lopunny, but instead keeps it flat and straight. The puffy look looks pretty awful on him.

Personality: Hasty, impatient, and reckless, Brian hates formality and political correctness with a passion. He also welcomes the opportunity to get his hands dirty, and to smack some arrogant Gijinka upside the face. Anything that makes them annoyed or irritated, he loves to drill into their heads like a thorn to the side. Which is why he decided to become a Chimera. Because he knows Gijinkas hate them. He also adores the opportunity to taunt, belittle, and trash-talk his adversaries in combat.

Brian also likes combat and heavy metal music, but combining the two puts him in his happy place. He also likes big, hardy vehicles like trucks, tanks, and the like. He's pretty much what you would get if you decided to mix a bunny rabbit with Mad Max. In the meantime, he likes bigger weapons as well. Beefy sledgehammers for up close combat, or hefty rocket launchers or miniguns for distance. Yes, he's seen far too many action movies. And that sure doesn't work in the Gijinka Alliance's favor.

Before the uprising, Brian was an auto-mechanic. He was good at his job and he liked it, but Gijinka mistreatment caused him to easily jump to the Brotherhood side early. As a result, he's now a commander of the armored forces. He couldn't be happier.

Background: Brian was born in Olivine City, Johto, and he never liked the discrimination between humans and Gijinkas, especially since it was all purely luck. He grew to hate Gijinkas, and he never liked the fact they were always okay with humans being stuck with the garbage jobs and crappy education. Meanwhile, his mother was stuck working as a waitress at the local Mister Fish restaurant and his father was stuck as a fisherman. Meanwhile, Brian learned quickly not to even bother with competing in Pokémon Leagues. He still liked to train Pokémon, but there was no way in hell he was going to give a Gijinka the satisfaction of clobbering his teams because only they were allowed to have the money needed to beef up their Pokémon.

Throughout high school, Brian also worked at the local Jirachibucks Coffee Shop, hoping by the time he finished high school, he would have enough money and something would allow him to have a chance to go to college and become an engineer. Never happened. With a chortle, the Gijinkas handed him his booby prize of a diploma, and it was either head back to Jirachibucks, or try to get the closest he could toward becoming an engineer by becoming an auto mechanic. And he would have probably done it for the next sixty years of his life if it had not been for the Brotherhood.

As soon as even just the idea of the uprising came to light, Brian was one of the ones that directly helped even the original founding members, Scott Anderson and Lucas Newcastle, which is the reason why he's a commander today. As the third in command of the Brotherhood, he would love nothing more than to see the Gijinka "royalty" get their rears kicked and finally get a shot at equality.

Meanwhile, Brian wasn't so sure about the whole PokéMorph/Chimera thing at first, but when he saw how much Gijinkas hated it, it was something he had to do. Now, even as a hasty, explosion-loving bunny rabbit that isn't afraid to get his hands dirty, he's more than willing to do just about any wild or insane thing to help the Brotherhood overthrow the Gijinka administration.

Hits: Metal music, action movies, heavy machinery
Misses: Pop music, traffic lights, getting wet (it takes four hours for his fur to completely dry)

Pokémon

Name: Rogue
Species: Emolga
Gender: Male
Personality and History: As one of Brian's first Pokémon, Rogue was given to him by his mother, who got it from her sister who couldn't stand the Emolgas messing around her house. What is that?
Name: Vosok Gilt
Sex: Male
Age: 12
Side: Gijinkas
Race: Gijinka (gallade)

Description: Vosok is half human, half gallade. He has arms like a gallade and has a crest on his chest and another on his back. His hair is a dark green and is wavy and long. His skin is olive, but due to having many scars on his body parts look a little purple. His nails have been neatly trimmed to look their best. He has a small slim figure and isn't very tall. He is very bony and you can count his ribs when he is pushing his gut out. He wears cargo pants and wears t-shirts designed for his arms and crests. He wears green shoes to match his hair. He has a necklace with a red rock on it that he has always had.
Background: Vosok was abanoded as a kid. He doesn't know why, he is after all a Gijinka and therefor should had been treated with love and spoiled but he wasn't. At the age of four he was left in the woods. He was scared and didn't know what he would do back then as every night he fretted over monsters. Eventually he got over his fears and started to have fun outside. What saved him was his arms. He used them to do everything he cut up branches to make a shelter and firewood. He used them to shop off branches of berries. They were how he survived. He got plenty of scars as wild pokemon wanted territory he survived though as he made friends and they kept other pokemon from killing him. He was found though as several humans came through the forest one day to make some building and they came upon him sleeping. So it was yet a month ago he was brought to live with other gijinkas. He is currently being put into care of different gijinkas until one decides to take him in permanently. He was taught the beliefs of the gijinkas and so he strongly hates the brotherhood.
Personality: Vosok is clueless, his past makes him not knowing of the world around him. He soaks up information though and thus doesn't need things repeated that often. He is a strong minded person. This makes him usually love or hate something. He isn't very friendly to other kids his age but loves to talk with people older then him. He enjoys nature as it is what he grew up in but he isn't allowed to go in as the theripist he has assigned once he was rescued said it would be bad for him and could make him run away. He also enjoys humans as they brought him to the gijnkas and thus they made it so he could live a more luxurious life. He loves to be around other gijinkas as he finds them like family since he never had one and they are like him.

Hits: Nature, gijnkas, and food.
Misses: Other kids his age, the brotherhood.

Turns out that I got lucky! But I am still working on my second character who will be within the Stalwart Brotherhood, if you wanted to know.

CHARACTER 1
Name: Laufeia Khruschev
Sex: Female
Age: 19
Side: Gijinka Alliance
Race: Gijinka (Zoroark)
Description: The hair that falls straight and unkempt from Laufei’s head is of a red color, covering part of her forehead and reaching down to the middle of her back. Protruding from that hair atop her head are ears of black and the same red—the only feature she has as a Zoroark Gijinka. Her skin is fair and light and stretched across a slender build. Her height falls around 5’3” or 5’4”. Her eyes are light blue.
Personality: Laufeia is a girl with a somewhat mature way of thinking but a seemingly childish way of acting. She is easily angered but angering her is not advisable for when in that state of mind, she tends to act on impulse and nearly every word she says is meant to offend and hurt. Despite the threats she may spit at you, however, she will do her best to avoid physical harm. She is also quite the greedy person and doesn’t seem ashamed of it at all. She often makes excuses like, “A Gijinka like myself is supposed to have that anyways” adding to her self-centered manor.
Despite often expecting others to do things for her, she does show a certain level of independence (As well as determination if it is something quite important to her) and will break free of any group if she needs to. She is mischievous as well and finds no problem in teasing and “stealing” her friend’s things but she will stop if told she’s gone too far, though.
(I could write a lot more but I think I may be going a bit overboard so I’ll just save some things for the RP or to carry over into her background a little. So if a few things don’t add up its either my mistake or a little something planned to be revealed later.)
Background: One reason Laufeia may seem too distant at first and too attached at times is that the memories of years with her mother were cut short to a mere 12 years when her mother passed away due to an illness. Too old for her father to simply tell her that “mother simply left for vacation”, she spent the next two years grieving and recovering. Longing for her mother to return yet thankful was is dead is gone and she would not have to mourn the same person a second time.
From age 14 on, although she was not as quite as depressed, Laufeia made an extra effort to seem twice as happy as before despite overcome with the paranoia that her father would also disappear soon. She was thankful to say she was wrong, for she was able to spend a happy 18 years with him. The joy was cut short only be the sight of her first pokemorph at age 18. Disgusted yet amused, she laughed at this guaranteed failure the giftless have presented to her. Not much later did she catch word of the Gijinka Alliance and the Stalwart Brotherhood and she decided almost immediately to join the Gijinka Alliance in their extermination of these odd mutations. Surprisingly, her father disapproved.
Angry with him and demanding an explanation that would not be given to her, Laufeia wondered if her father might need help for her seemed to defend the humans a bit too much. Although her suspicions were never confirmed, her father suddenly seemed more disgusting than the pokemorph from before. Unable to live within a household where she might be accused showing sympathy for the enemy, she immediately took her leave the day after her 19th birthday and since has been living on her own, working for the Gijinka Alliance.
(This was worse than Laufeia’s personality. Originally, this thing took up the rest of the word document and I want to say that I am typing with Verdana 8 pt. font! Maybe it’s not that small but it still seemed to be quite a lot so I shortened everything the best I could.)
Hits: The feeling of empowerment, victory, and springtime.
Misses: Not getting her way, sour foods, and being lied to.
POKEMON (GOTTA CATCH EM ALL)

Name: Tamotsu (Protector or defender)
Species: Dewott
Gender: Male
Personality and History: Tamotsu is brave, determined, and strong-willed yet, like his master, a little cocky. He is Laufeia’s strongest pokemon and also a best friend to her. Tamotsu and Laufei first met near just outside Icirrus City in the Unova region weeks after her mother’s death. She witnessed this strange little Dewott continue to fight in battle, protecting a friend of his from a trainer who wished to catch them, despite already taking quite a toll from the trainer’s pokemon. Eventually it fainted, failing to protect its friend yet the trainer simply left without bothering to even attempt to help the poor thing. So Laufei took him under her care, giving him the name “Tamotsu” after his determination to protect.
Tomatsu noticed the gloom expression that Laufei wore most of the time. Understanding her situation, how she felt, and even comparing it to the loss of his friend to a trainer who didn’t seem to care for the health of their pokemon, he decided to accompany Laufei from that moment on. He is responsible for helping Laufei recover.

Name: Mei-Lien
Species: Mienshao
Gender: Female
Personality and History: Mei-Lien is stern and focused. She is not quite as loud as Tamotsu. In fact, she is very quiet but when she speaks, she rarely fails to convey what she is feeling and is quite expressive. For a fighting-type pokemon she does possess a less audible voice but will not hesitate to raise its volume by tenfold if angered. It is hard, however, to vex her to the point of battles and yelling. She was a gift to Laufei from her father although the two knew each other for quite some time already for there was rarely a time she was caged inside a pokeball when the family as at home. Although their bond is not quite as strong as Tamotsu and Laufei’s for a number of reasons, it was a bond she would not dare break when she left home.

Avenger Angel

Warrior of Heaven
Another Question: Can they posses anything?

If this is with regards to the "phasing," they can, but only what's on their person, such as clothing, a weapon, handheld tools, and so on. But they can't cause something like the car they're driving or any other larger-than-they-are object to phase through walls and solid material either.

It rocks, double thumbs up. Enjoy the RP, and thanks for joining it. It's great to have ya.

Kickass, Laufeia is approved, and you've got the reserve for the second character. Thanks for joining in, and all the best.

ExplicitEclipse
Name: Marx (Shadow) Gordon

Sex: Male

Age: 29

Side: Stalwart Brotherhood

Race: Chimera (Zoroark, Accelgor, and Sableye)

Description:
Marx stands at about 5’6”, Marx appears similar to a human but has long black fur protruding off of him and the fur on his body slowly transforms into the bandaging of an Accelgor. Marx’s head still has a human structure to it, however, his skin has a purplish hue to it and pointy Sableye ears have replaced his once human ones. In addition to his facial features, his eye balls were replaced with the diamonds from a Sableye that are permanently infused to his facial skin; yes, the process was incredibly painful. Marx still has five fingers on his hands, but after the transformation of becoming a Chimera, long claws of the Sableye replaced his human finger nails.

Marx wears a long cloak among which he holds many small weapons and things that can make a quick get-a-way, such as smoke grenades and fireworks.

Personality: Marx is one of those odd characters on which you can never quite figure him out. Marx is a trickster and con-artist; he loves nothing more than striking a bargain with someone just for them to realize sometime in the near future that they had been played a fool and that Marx had gotten away with something of value to him.

On the flip side, Marx is also one of those people that like to speak in a high class manner and often approaches important people with a dramatic courtesy, or if you are not very important, a smile and a firm handshake is just as important to him. The reason for his mannerisms is just for formalities, for after all, smart people know how to make friends and high places, and what is not more convincing that a dramatic entrance and great manners.

Marx views his transformation into a Chimera as just another bargain, for he feels that the tyranny of the Gijinkas has ended and that the Stalwart Brotherhood will give him a place of honor for him being a Chimera. In Marx’s life, all life was to him was a bargain, he was open to trying knew things if the possibly of making money or power would present itself, and if not, Marx would shrug it off and be satisfied that he had tried.

Background: Marx was for the most part able to stay under the radar of the Gijinkas. He never did business with them because to con or steal from a Gijinka was practically suicide, and Marx was anything but suicidal, he would rather trick others into dying than allow himself to die.

Not having much of an education, and his parents always working, Marx at a young age figured out on how to make quick and easy cash on the streets of Lilycove City. Marx had become quite adept at the ways of thievery and conning by the time he had reached his 20’s, earning the nickname of Shadow, but by that time, he could know longer stay under the Gijinkas radar. A Gijinka officer one day questioned him on what his profession was, Marx told him that he worked at the Pokemart in town, upon being dragged their, no records of Marx working was registered and Marx was thus forcefully joined the work force; when the revolution reached Hoenn, Marx still having his contacts, hunted down the Brotherhood, and requested transformation on the promise of glorious rewards for everyone with the Brotherhood.

Hits: money, a challenge, and plotting

Misses:
the Gijinkas, failing, spiders (they are quite scary bro.)

Pokémon:

Name:
Mouse

Species: Emolga

Gender: Male

Personality and History:
Marx won Mouse in a con, Marx wanted the Emolga for he knew that its cute features could prove as a vital distraction in heists that he wanted to do. The unlucky person that he had conned Mouse from was told that they would have a race and they planned a route out together, no one ever said that short cuts were not aloud and thus, Marx took the fastest route to the destination instead of the long one he had planned for his “friend”, Marx was at the destination long before his friend got there, thus, won Mouse.
