Slipomatic
Eon Collector
Avenger, if you would, please read over this one. I am not going to accept my own sign-up. (To be fair.) Also, I forgot about the brand spot lol
Name: Tiphane Riagol
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Species: Ninetales
Description: Tiphane stood at 5’ 9”. He had red, short hair that was always smoothed out and kept straight. His piercing light blue eyes contrasted very well with his hair and always gave the appearance that he was very cold and serious person. His skin was a pale, almost white color as he spent most of his time indoors rather than outside. He is slightly skinny, not working out much and he has a little bit of chubbiness around his waist. He wears a black T-shirt and black pants with black sneakers. He wore a silver necklace that had a yin-yang orb at the center of it, with a ruby in the right eye and a sapphire in the left eye. He also wore black, fingerless gloves that had white on the edges of the glove.
When he was transformed into a ninetales, he lost all of his clothing, including his necklace. In all appearances, he would look like a normal ninetales, if it wasn’t for his ice cold eyes and the paler fur color, which is almost white, with a hint of silver. The tips of his tail, which are normally a darker orange, are dark silver instead of orange.
Personality: Tiphane is mostly passive for the most part, tending to be easygoing and laidback. He loves to cook for pokemon and people and would often cook meals for groups at pokemon centers. He prefers to not fight at all although he enjoys pokemon battles. He is very friendly despite his cold appearances at first glance. He generally enjoys telling stories, obviously exaggerated, to children. He does get protective of those unable to defend themselves and will try to defend them if possible although he is very weak and not strong. He generally doesn’t like bullying as he was once bullied himself. He is quite talkative and will often talk and talk until someone actually interrupts him. He generally doesn’t know that he often rambles, often speaking before realizing what he says. Occasionally, he will be in deep thought, although not for long, and will hard to bring back to reality.
History: Tiphane was born and raised in mahogany town. He was raised by his family, which consisted of him, his mother, and his father. His parents both worked as gym caretakers for the ice-type gym, which meant that they didn’t have much time to spend with him, unless they took him to work, which was often productive as it gave the pokemon there a chance to relax from the constant battling by playing with him. He grew up with a love for pokemon and although he became old enough to start having his own pokemon, he chose not to. He decided to become a chef and started learning how to prepare and cook food for pokemon and people. He eventually graduated from a school in Goldenrod City and set off with just a cyndaquil at his side to help with cooking. He travelled around, mostly to learn different recipes and styles while taking on some small jobs as a cooker for pokemon centers.
Eventually, he was hired by Dream Green to work as a chef for the group. He would prepare meals for lunch and dinner time which would take most of his time and not give him much free time, which he didn’t mind. He was a member for about a year before the Nakita incident. Although he remembers having a partner that helped him in cooking, his partner turned on him after the incident. Although Tiphane doesn’t remember his partner turning on him, he remembers a lot of sadness as he thinks that his partner is dead. He used to respect Arceus as a deity, but he no longer respects him as a true deity wouldn’t so easily give in to jealousy. He still respects the legendary pokemon, but only Arceus does he hold bitterness against. He is slightly grateful though as he can now experience the side of a pokemon.
Powers:
Total Control – While some ninetales or vulpixes have the ability to use a little bit of psychic abilities, Tiphane is able to utilize the psychic side much more efficiently and effectively. He is able to use hypnosis in such a way that he can play puppeteer with anyone he casts his hypnosis on, being able to control the mind. This does have weaknesses in the fact that if the person/pokemon used against is very strong-willed, it will take longer to take over. In fact, pokemon with vital spirit or similar ability to be immune to sleep inducing attacks will be unaffected by this.
Illusive Projection – As the name suggests, Tiphane is capable of casting an illusion similar to how zoroarks and zoruas are able to do, except add a much stronger illusion. He can almost make it real-life and it seem like you really are in this illusion. The illusion is only dispelled if Tiphane is knocked out or very worn out, or he goes a far enough distance where he deems safe and dispels it himself. Most often, the illusion casted is so strong that it is almost virtually impossible to tell if it is real or not as the objects interacted is indeed real while the illusion holds. (Example, the illusion appears to be a small island and there are some coconut trees. You can actually break open the coconuts and actually drink the coconut milk and actually get filled up. )
Curses: Tiphane’s curses are pretty strong and terrible. The air around him seems to heat up and become very warm. If he sat in a place long enough, it would cause plants nearby to wither and dry up. Water would actually start to boil and steam. If a spark happened when anywhere near him, it would instantly cause a fire to start. Another curse that he has been cursed with is that pokemon or people near him will develop strong fevers that will take serious medical work to bring down to normal levels.
The brand itself shows up as a black flame on the ends of each tail and glows eerily.
