No, some of us play other tiers. Crys plays VGC, I play a bit of RU, Ger played LC at one point, etc.

Btw guys, you should all help our pal BGP out and join The Masterclass Tournament! This current one is V7, and he's gonna need 32 participants at least to get this going, so anybody who wants to join definitely should!

These look like pretty solid teams.

For the Sableye team - I would try out Taunt over Protect on Gliscor since Taunt helps against opposing stall and with preventing Pokemon from setting up hazards/setting up boosts. I'd also go with Wish over U-turn on Jirachi since Jirachi really appreciates the ability to heal itself. A more defensive EV spread would probably be good too. Finally, I think Leftover+Pain Split would be more useful on Rotom since that way you can still recover health if your item has been Knocked Off.

For the Rain team - I would go with Expert Belt or Splash Plate over Life Orb - Keldeo doesn't want to be work down so quickly. Earth power is probably more useful than Iron Head/Dragon Claw on Kyruem since you can hit Heatran and Rotom-W that way. Rest can also be used on Politoad over Hypnosis for extra longevity.

Hope this helps!

Thanks man! I didn't realize that Life Orb would wear down Keldeo that much. I didn't even think about using Earth Power, that's genius. Hypnosis however has been very useful to me. It's has allowed me to create openings for M-Swampert to sweep and temporarily take out key threats. I want to use Rest though because I can't afford to lose Politoed. I'll run Ret in place of Toxic since it doesn't do anything the majority of the time.

Protect though has helped Gliscor survive for the longest time, especially against offensive Pokémon. Taunt is also redundant with Magic Bounce on M-Sableye. My only other concern is Jirachi. My team would appreciate a pivot to mix up my defense. Wish also gives my opponent a free turn, and I have to wait another turn. I already have another wish passer on my team, so I'm not how useful it could be. However Wish could also allow Jirachi to support my other Pokémon if Clefable ever got KO'ed. It would also allow Jirachi to live longer, and I could buy a turn by using Iron Head. I'll test with both.

So I just finished my new UU team. I tried to cover any type weakness and common threats in the tier. Mind you, I'm new to ORAS UU, so I may not be aware all the current threats. Would you be willing to help review my team? I would appreciate some critique.

Florges (F) @ Leftovers

EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD
Calm Nature
- Protect
- Wish
- Aromatherapy
- Moonblast

Chandelure (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Trick
- Energy Ball
- Shadow Ball
- Fire Blast

Crobat (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Defog
- U-turn
- Cross Poison
- Brave Bird

Serperior (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Glare
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Dragon Pulse
- Leaf Storm

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
- Scald
- Earthquake

Sharpedo (M) @ Sharpedonite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature

I have yet to test this team out yet. Is their any type weakness or threats I can't cover? Do you think my Pokémon have good synergy? Thanks for your help. I'm going to be building a lot of teams for the next week.

Honestly, you'd probably be better off with a more defensive Crobat set. Something like brave bird/defog/roost/super fang or U-Turn with a bulkier spread could be great. Defog on a choiced mon in general is usually a bad idea if it can be avoided, and Crobat really doesnt need that much power.

Here is my revised Crobat spread:

Crobat (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 248 HP / 60 Def / 200 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Roost
- Defog
- U-turn
- Brave Bird/Acrobatics

I can't decide between Brave Bird and Acrobatics. Brave Bird hits harder, but significantly detracts from Crobat's bulk. Acrobatics allows it to check Knock Off Users and aids Corbat's survivability, but can't hit as hard unless hit by Knock Off.

retiring from comp mons, i'll still be a member of the guild and all just don't expect me to be too active when it comes to guild activities (tours, wars, thread etc)

Defensive no item acrobatics Crobat is actually a legit set in UU that sees a decent amount of usage. If BB recoil is off-putting to you, then I'd try that out. The loss of passive recovery can be annoying at times tho.

I think I'll stick with BB. Since Crobat doesn't have any Atk investment, the recoil isn't huge, but it still deal significant damage and KO threats. It just won't be OHKO'ing opposing Pokémon, nor should it since it's a defensive set.

Just played my first game with the new team. Here's the replay if you guys want to see it:

That set is pretty good. I'd go with Brave Bird over Acrobatics because overall Brave Bird doesn't do too much recoil, and I dont think it's worth the loss of lefties to alleviate.

The spread your running is to beat Noivern though, which is already handled excellently by Florges, and most other fast mons are handled by your Scarf Chandelure. Even 0 Speed Crobat is outrunning the likes of Timid Nidoking and Adamant Darmanitan, so perhaps a bulkier spread could work out nicely. 248 HP / 52 Attack / 124 Defense / 84 Special Defense with a Careful nature is what I'd reccomend. It nets a guarenteed OHKO on Serperior after 2 round of Life Orb recoil, and has solid mixed bulk, avoiding the 2HKO from +2 LO Serperior's Dragon Pulse, tanking Kingdra's Choice Specs Ice Beam and even Draco Meteor, avoids the 2HKO from MAbsol's Sucker Punch, as well as anything AV Entei can dish out. It even tanks 2 Extreme Speeds from Choice Band Entei.

I want to remove Florges. It's so passive and gets KO'ed too easily. I'd rather replace it with Umbreon, since it's bulkier and can support more consistently, while being more active than Florges. The only reason I run Florges to counter Hydregion. Even then, Umbreon can take hits just as well. I don't want run Florges, but I need a consistent counter to Hydregion. Do you guys have any suggestions?
