Scarf Heatran gives us our revenge killer, as well as being a good check to Mega-Gardevoir and Talonflame. Overheat and Flash Cannon are stab, while Earth Power and Ancient Power give Heatran good coverage (Ancient Power mostly there for hitting Talonflame)
