^ Never use Protect unless the other team members are using moves such as Surf.

Fiery Dance > Flamethrower on Volcarona. HP [Ground] > Psychic since Psychic has rebundant coverage.

Stone Edge > Night Slash on Gallade to help deal with Flying Types.

I'm guessing youy're not using EV's? I'll post some in case.

Standard. Draco Meteor is a way to dispose of threats quickyl , though you may want Dragon Pulse in the long run. Fire Blast hits Ice Types and Bug Types , while Surf is for coverage. Dark Pulse is another STAB.

You really lack some bulk. I would suggest dropping Kabutops for Umbreon.

Curse can increase your bulk and boost Payback's power. Payback is your standard STAB , while Yawn can induce phasing. If you don't want to force a switch then you can use Mean Look.

And I would switch Hydreigon with Volcarona (in postion) since if not your first two Pokemon are both weak to Flying and a Flying Type like Staraptor could quickly dispose of them.
