Sucky Scratch Tyranitar

[Conflagration]

This is my first scratch sprite ever so go easy on me. Yes, I know it sucks, but tell me what I can do to get better.

If someone wants to fix it and post it here, they're welcome to, so I can see what I need to improve.

I know that everything is symmetrical and he is looking straight forward, but I suck at drawing poses. Also he looks like he's smiling, but I can't really fix that. I wanted to make his mouth bulging out, and it was the best I could do. And I couldn't shade some parts very well.

It looks like rocky chibi-ish, but the shading's quite good to be the first. Maybe the body is a bit deform, and the pose is plain, but to be your first this is gold. ;P

Thanks a lot. In my next scratch I will try to add a pose and make it more sprite-ish.

Not bad for the awkward postion its in. Kinda chibi but that's okay, Kat likes chibi Well the head area could use a tad more shading as well as the lower stomach. Andthe legs are kinda small and not connect quite right. Otherwise, sweet sprite for a begginner *goes back to playing with new iPod*

The body is mirror-flipped except for the tail. Bad, bad way to make lineart and shading. If you are going to copy-flip, at least make it more subtle and change the shading so that it's coming from a defined light source.

When making poses, it's best to have them facing toward the side, or three-quarters (the easiest imo). Facing frontward can be done, but it's much more difficult to make it look good and not copy-flipped.

Not bad for your first scratch (better than mine >>) but needs to be pretty much redone. D:

The shape is really good for a first scratch...
I don't know if you are good at other sprite tings, but you could work at the shading keep up the good work
