Suicune

Yeah, can someone help me? I've been looking for that Suicune for at least a day now and it hasn't showed up. I've tried going around the whole map while using max repels and i've also tried staying in one spot while using max repel till it shows up and if it didn't i'd turn it off until it was in the same location. Can someone help me
-By the way, yes i've beaten the Elite four and gotten the National Dex.

Finding Suicune and all the legendary dogs is completely RANDOM the first time. You'll either have to walk all over the Kanto map (And only the Kanto map) 'till you're lucky enough to find it.

I found my legendary dog on Fire Red right in the grass north of Vermillion. I placed a level 39 pokemon in front and used a max repel. I ran through every blade of grass, and if I didn't find it before the repel wore off, I figured it wasn't in the area, and went into the Saffron City gates and into the city. I went back out and tried again. Eventually, Entei popped out and I through a masterball at it and caught it.
You say you've already beeen doing that, but keep doing it, as it may take awhile to encounter it sometimes...

But its location is random, so you'll just have to have a lot of luck in order to find it.

Aye, same repel Vermillion trick as Shinymilotic stated. However, I'd suggest putting a Golbat from Victory Road up front if you're planning on saving your master ball, Mean Look is love (plus there's a level limit for your lead Pokemon in order to make Suicune show up).

I wouldn't quite use your master ball on it, it only takes up about 20 - 30 ultra balls (at least, for me, I suggest buying more), there might be another legendary you have in mind to use the master ball on.

I found Suicune by Viridian City I think. I was paying more attention to training a Pokemon (Togepi I believe, but I haven't picked up my Fire Red for a long time) and trying not to think about finding it. Eventually it popped up and I caught it. ;245;

i found my raikou near celedoan. Use max repel, save and drive bike. When max repel effect wore off, i tried again 34 times, and it appeared. i used masteball on it annnnnnnnnnd(it is cought)

You should have Wobbuffet or Wynaut first in your party, then it can't escape because of Shadow Tag. But you only have to do this when you won't use your masterball, but Ultra Balls.

I got a hard time 2 too catch Entei so if you go in a door .. Entei or suicune .... goes to another spot? or when you restart it change its spot?

from what i heard route 1 is a good place, so about a week ago i used to max repels and my master ball and i caught my favorite pokemon Suicune.

Masterballs are for dogs. Mewtwo,birds with ultra-great ball.

They are kinda easy to find thm

I have the same question for the Legendary Dog on my pak. I am looking every where, I am dead poor, 10 ultra balls...XD, and I can't find the Legendary Dog.

What is the vermillion trick?

I found suicune in the grass east of vermillion. Were digglett's cave is. Mean look is a great tech to use if you want to catch it fast.

you probably should use a masterball on it when you find it (because if it uses roar it is gone forever)

or someone with soundproof ability+mean look (i don't know if this combo exists)

I think the vermillion trick is that you stay in vermillion and save... soft reset until you see that it is on the victory road route... and then go to a route next to it... (not sure though... something like this if I remember right)

Lol, now i need help. I already met Raikou once, does that matter, 'cause I understood from Crystal Mew that I can't catch it anymore if he roared me once :'(

And if I could meet him again, where and how etc. (this is about Raikou, not Suicune and Entei )

seeing the legendary dogs once would be unfair to not be able to catch them, for you'd be totally unprepared. after you see it, it is not gone forever, it simply changes which route it hangs out in. for Ajox question, you simply pokedex raikou and find out the route he is currently on. be warned though, they change route every time you change route, city, etc.
i saw Suicune for the first time on route 2 training my eevee. i caught him the next day on the bus going to school.
something else good for catching them is having a wobuffet. keep it from running away and you can weaken it with mirror coat and counter. then just use hyper potions or something when his hp gets too low, then start throwing ultra balls. or, you can always use the master ball, if you didn't use it on mewtwo yet. also, they don't roar you, they run away, just like on emerald or sapphire in your first battle if you don't attack the poocheyena and it's about to knock you out, it will run away. (dumb dog.)
anyway, you can chase them for ages, and they'll be there until you catch them.

i will. max repel only works on weak pokemon, while the dogs are in there 50's (old coots, haha!) so the weak wild pokemon won't bother you while you search for the dog. (i know everything.)

LOL Yeah you do So practicly, it could be bloody anywhere in Kanto, even when you use max repel ?!

well they can't be in the water as far as i know (entei+water, not very playful together.) they can just be about anywhere in wild grass (but they aren't on the islands anywhere, they're only on tall grass as far as i know.) be sure to use your pokedex to make sure you're on the right route with the dog.

Thanks everyone. I was going to go to Five Island to fight to get money from the people on resort beach ( if you use vs. seeker and fight with a pokemon holding amulet coin, you get like $20,000) just after i caught my mewtwo with a like 10 ultra balls, and i flew to Vermillion city and like my instincts told me to go north becuz i had a feeling Suicune was there. I used a Max repel and there i nothing. I was thinking to head back when BAM! There it was. So i used a masterball. I decided to catch the legendary birds on the same night so i did. It was easy. Thanks everyone ^-^
