If this is only for pure ingame, then go with SwordofAeons's set. If you plan to use it for competitive battling, you really need Roar instead of Ice Beam.

Rest is better but you only get it once in the game so roar is second option

Bold is the prefered nature, but Modest is fine, I suppose.

SwordofAeons' set is the standard moveset BTW.

in-game where any retarded move set does fine

I think this is the best set for suicune.
The reason why there's no EV's in sp def is 'cause you're
have calm mind. I love suicune and think it's one of the best tanks in the game.
