Suicune!

I've been looking for Suicune in my Firered for months!
Does anyone have any tips? To help me? I love Suicune, it's one of my favourite legendaries and water pokemon ever. Basically ;245;

Did you choose charmander as your starter? Just to be sure
Well, it would be the classic tip of put a lv 39 pokemon as the first of your party, then use a max repel, search in the grass above vermilion, if you don't find it then go into the underground entrance and go out again, and so on until you find it.

Yup, Charmander is my starter.
Finding it is the hardest part for me haha
but once I know where it is, catching it
will be super easy.

A good trick is to get alot of Max Repels, have your highest lv Pokemon in front, then go to I believe one of the guard buildings, use Max Repel in there (make sure it's in the building), then go out the building into the grass. This abuses the fact he runs everytime you enter a building, so walk around 20 steps, then go back in and out again. You might have to reset quite a few times, but it's surefire to work eventually.

My friend used it so I could get Raikou fast. The best guard building is the one near Vermillion to the right, since the grass is very close to the building.

Yea, there you go. I believe it's at 50, so use something around 48 or lower, since if you use the route to the east of Vermillion, then you only need a Pokemon lv 25-48 to stop the Wild Pokemon AND get your dog

I'm using a level 49 Umbreon with Baton Pass and Mean Look. I just found Suicune but accidently killed it with my Ampharos.

So now I have to try again.
It took my like a minute to find him too. ehh.

use a pokemon that knows false swipe like scyther, to whittle down suicune to red then try and capture it, never use an electric type to get suicune

Yeppo, Scyther or anything with false swipe will do the trick, make sure you mean look/baton pass or just fals swipe it and then track it down with the pokedex.

I think so. I saved my Master Ball for it.

I'd simply go in and out of a route, keep track of it via the Pokédex, and enter the grass as soon as it's in the same route as you.

1. get a masterball
2. get a level 10 pokemon
3. go on route 1
4. keep searching for it until it comes
****When it appears*******
1. use masterball
2.save


Now you have suicune

dunno if you could do this but i have suicune now but i just looked outside of fuchsia wondering if id find and i did navg masterball save

I used the Syther trick.
I caught my Suicune (non shiny) in an Ultra Ball.

buy some ultra balls catch a gastly evolve it into a haunter teach it mean look, hypnosis, and any damaging attack search for suicune use these attacks and capture it
