Is there a reason no one uses Swords Dance and Focus Punch. I guess i am missing something..........

Bliss doesn't really need SDef EVs, personally I'd say [Enough for 704 HP] / 252 Def / [Rest in SAtk] if you're using IB. Typhlosion is basically [Enough for HP divisible by 4] / [Rest in Spd] / [Max SAtk]. Breloom I have no idea about.

I don't have NB on this comp, so I can't give exact EVs.

At first glance, I thought this was a BF team.

Blissey needs 212 HP EVs for maximum leftovers recovery. The rest can be placed in Spec. Attack. Spec. Def EVs on Blissey is just overkill.

Typhlosion......not sure. 92 HP EVs so it's divisible by 4, 244 Speed EVs for 297 Speed on Modest Typhlosion, and the rest in Spec. Atk.

Attacking Breloom just needs 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP. Nothing more.

It looks just fine to me. I personally don't see why SporePunch w/ Swords Dance ain't used either.
