Summer Goal: A ton of pokemon EV trained. Help needed

Over this summer I want to EV train/raise a bunch of pokemon in my free time but...I need some help on this. I most likely won't be able to do all this stuff but any help appreciated (although I could probally ev train multiple pokemon using exp. share)

Main reason is because I can't figure out what I want my team to be. So um...help appreciated. thanks
