Surskit in Emerald

How do you get Surskit in Emerald because in the serebii pokedex it says that you can get surskit in emerald but in emerald it says that they can't be found? How do you find them?

mix records with ruby or sapphire and you can get it.

If you have Ruby or Sapphire mix records and you can found them.

Does the same thing work with R and S that if you mix records, u'll be able to get each other missing pokemon?

no, from memory, it has somthing to do with an error in the programming, surskit only becomes available after you have an outbreak of surskit, and even then te pokedex says area unknown

A: No, it's not. But there seems to be a glitch where, if you mix records with R/S, you can get a "swarm" of them on a certain Route, just like you can in R/S. Just go with it. It's a good thing.
