I was walking on route 114 in emerald and a wild surskit appeared....there was no outbreak and i never mixed recordss...HOW THE **** DID THIS HAPPEN

Oh yes you can- if you mix records with a Sapphire (or was it Ruby?) version. I learned that on this site.
