Ok guys. I breeding swampert male and swampert female. Can I get from egg Swampert lv5. In the serebii attackdex i saw Piloswine lv5. Please, answer this

serebii uses some form of ROM with cheats to rip the screens

that is why you see pokemon with moves they cant learn at unreal levels

The Pokemon from the egg is always the least evolve form with the present exception of Wynaut and Azurill if you do not use the Incenses.

I assume you're refering to the pokedex. All that you saw means that that pokemon learns a move at that level... it won't happen in the wild but if you goto the move relearner you can get him to teach it that move.
it's no cheat... it's what's programmed into the game.

Now that really explains ALOT.Although I did expect that.I mean Lv. 5 Venusaur...

If you breed,you'll get Lv. 5 Mudkip,nothing else.
