thats a good swampert in my opinion, but for the fourth slot, you could use something like rest. as for item, maybe leftovers...

using earthquake and mud shot on the same moveset is redundant

if you are willing to re-breed then Curse > Mudshot.

If not just stick rest > mud shot

I think you should re-breed, cos you have a piss poor Nature for ol' Pert there. If you want a more Special Pert, go for Quiet.

surf/hydro pump (I recomend surf)
rest/rock slide/HP elec/HP grass

So ya. Everything except the Hydro Pump is what I change. Good Swampert. I mean it.....

Probably the only reason you'd want mud shot in there is for the stat effect but I would get rid of it (Too weak if you have it there for damage). I'd go with either curse or rest like others have suggested. Leftovers for the item.
