Synchronize not work on Legendaries?

As you may know, the ability Synchronize is supposed to let you find wild Pokemon with the same nature as the Pokemon with Synchronize in your party is more commonly (for instance, a Modest Pokemon with Synchronize should make wild Pokemon have the Modest nature more commonly.) But I've noticed that this doesn't seem to work on legendaries, such as Kyogre/Groudon/Ho-oh(mystic ticket appearance). Haven't tried the Regis yet. Does anyone know why it doesn't work? Does it work for anyone?

Is your gardevoirs level higher than the legend? The higher it is the more of the chance! Say the legend is level 70. Your Gardevoir is LV100. Then your chance is 80%-99%. Okay. That always work for me.

Hope I helped. :D

it doesn't work for legendaries because nintendo didn't want to make it too easy.

and the level has nothing to do with how effective it is.

DunsparceGX might be on to something, but this needs to be confirmed.
I too, have had better luck with the Lati's synchronizing natures than other Legendaries on Emerald. It might be the level thing though.

it has nothing to do with levels. when i'm looking for jolly ditto, my level 5 synchronizing ralts has the same success rate as my level 100 jolly alakazam (don't ask).

Back I guess??
The legends like Lati@s get their values determined when the game first starts, so technically Synchronize shouldn't be able to alter it.
For past posts cases, I think it was just a coincidence.

As for the others legendaries, I think it´s what WW42 said, or you´re very unlucky, like me...

Isn't Emerald (I am sure it isn't this one, but a possibility. Moreover, poeple testing this should be using Emerald)

This doesn't seem to work well for me. I had a modest gardevoir (lv. 100) and tried to find a modest abra too. They were alot lower levels but it took me more than an hour to find one.

are you playing emerald? and does your gardevoir have synchronize? was your gardy in the first slot in your party? if so, about 1/2 of the pokemon you run into should have had the same nature as your gardevoir.

I once had a modest Abra with synchronize and I went to battle Kyogre to hopefully get a modest one, and got it on the first try. I don't know if that was just a coincidence, though, as I tried with an adamant one to try and get an adamant Rayquaza and I ended up settling for a serious one after several failed attempts.

And yes, it must be in the first slot in your party.

You must be playing Emerald and the pokemon with synchronize must be first in line. Maybe this is true though...
