Syncronize on Legendaries

So does anyone know of the ability "syncronize" works on Legendaries in Emerald? Say if I'm soft resetting in front of a Latios with a modest syncronizer. Would I have a higher chance at encountering Modest Latios?

Well, that will work if you are soft-resetting in front of the Lati@s on Southern Island. However, soft-resetting for the Lati@s that wanders around Hoenn after you defeat the Elite 4 will not work, because that Lati@s's stats/nature/IVs were already determined when you first started your game.

o rly? I thought, it's determined when you say the color on TV lol

@topic: Synchronize doesn't affect the natures, only things like freeze, sleep, and so on.

I'm talking about the EON ticket where you can encounter the Lati at will.
And Syncronize has the ability to effect natures on *Emerald* only. That's why I want to know if it works with legendaries.

You just think that or do you know that for a fact? Have you tested it?

@TS: I would just test it, you can always leave the pokémon alone if it isn't working. Be sure to test it quite a few times, about 20 to 30 times at the least, it's the only way to be sure.

When it is supposed to work, what would be the appropiate ratio of random natures VS the syncronized nature? I found a good modest Latios last night and it came up after about 10 tries. This could be coincidence though.
