Synthesis...wait with Evolution or replace it??

I have a problem.
I want a Venusaur to be a part of my Battle Frontier Lv 50 Team with this moveset:

@Leftovers
Sleep Powder
Leech Seed
Sludge Bomb
Synthesis

BUT Venusaur learns Synthesis with Lv 53, and I want it to stay 50!! I already tried to get Synthesis through breeding but it didnt work so my question is:

Does it matter if I evolve my Ivysaur at level 47, I mean does my Venusaur get weaker than a Venusaur which evolved at level 36?? I mean does the TIME of the evolution has a influence(w?) on the staats of the Pkmn?? If it WOULD be weaker I would change Synthesis into Protect or something....

What would you do?

Evolution only changes base stats. It makes no difference.

You can evolve iyvzaur later, that doesnt changes a damn. SO dontya worry. Teach it synthesis.
