Tags aren't working

My IMG, URL, Bold, Italics, Font, Spoiler etc. settings aren't responding at all. They don't even hilight when I put the arrow over the buttons. I know it's not because of a slow computer, because everything else is working fine. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but I was wondering if anyone knows what's up with this.

P.S. if my description of what my problem is didn't make sense...I meant to say that these things (below) aren't working\

Along with that, I think it's something about your browser or computer/Internet connection.

Because I see them fine, and it may also be temporarily.

You should try typing them in manually - that should work.

Ok...now I can't even click the edit button <_<;...I doubt my browser's the problem, since this is a very recent problem. I can't Edit, delete, or cancel my posts.
