Tales of the Tempest uses a battle style that is basically an adaptation of Tales of Rebirth's Three-Way Linear Motion Battle system - being able to fight on three lanes and being able to switch between them. Of course, they have a tactics menu. And yes, you can only use three members in a fight. Cooking seems to be a tedious process too as you need to have l33t timing skills. And no, I don't own the game.
