Just curious, has anyone ever used Starmie as a tank, because most people I've encountered have used it as a sweeper and I'm probably the first in my class to use it as a tank.
Pokemon used Thunderbolt. No more "tank". Cosmic Power isn't good enough to make a fragile pokemon a tank. It'll still lose to something with Seismic Toss, hello Blissey, which your friend's opponent wasn't smart enough to have. Besides, if anything you'd EV train it in Defenses so it wouldn't die to a fast attack, which is retarded to do to a Starmie in the first place.pyrofrost said:starmie can obviously be used as a tank...evs train speed so that ull get the first hit...and on the first hit,use cosmic power. do it a few times and start sweeping em. it cud be used in various ways .i hav a friend who did this,he sweeped out his first 5 pokemon like this. any way his opponent won, his mewtwo came out and started using calm minds and shreded my frend into pieces
60 HP is pretty mediocre thoughDeathstar is as close as it gets. However, 85 in both defenses isn't that bad.
