Tankish Regi

I want to use a Regi that acts like a tank. It's for use in the BF.

Which one should I use, and which nature, EV's, moves and hold item?

For moves, I suppose Toxic, Curse, Amnesia, Explosion will hurt a lot. Or am I wrong?

Regirock@ Leftovers
Careful Nature
Evs: 252 HP / 28 Atk / 76 Def / 152 SDef
-Curse
-Rock Slide
-Earthquake
-Rest / Explosion

They all work well at taking hits. Regirock possibly being the best.

For my BF Regice I'm thinking of:

Regice @ Leftovers
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
Evs: 252 HP / 158 Def / 100 SAtk
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Rest
-Defense Curl

The nature raises Sp. Def which gives the most benefit because it's higher, and has Defense EVs because putting any more in Sp. Def would be pointless. When it uses Defense Curl all its defenses will be really high making it a good tank. This is also a good set for the Battle Palace because its behaviour will be as follows:

Most likely to be used: Defense Curl, Rest
Almost as likely to be used: Thunderbolt, Ice Beam
In a pinch: Does nothing (hopefully this won't happen too much)

Please go with FM's set...DONT put defence curl on Regice. Thats why a bold nature is suggusted for Regice.

Please explain your reasoning. And I'm definately using Calm for the reasons that I gave in my post.

Defence Curl is a waste of a move slot. Regice has way more useful moves than defence curl. While upping defence curl you can still get KOed by a physical move! If it had iron defence i can understand...but defence curl Sux IMO. T-Wave or Toxic wayyy better. They are actully way more helpful.

Standard Regice isn't actually a tank, as it doesn't use stat up moves, it is a special sponge

Curse / EQ / Rock Slide / Rest - Regirock
