TC Kits???

Where do people get the following for TC's:

Pokemon's Cut Down,
Tc Backround for the Tc,
Sprites etc...?

I've searched the net for 3 hours and no luck, Any Help...?

1. You cut them down yourself.
2. You can find them in other shops and ask permission to use them or find them yourself.

or Pokesho

also check the spriters resouce in fan sprites for tons of sprites...hope that helps a little.
